There is a girl and a boy are work there, I think they are very racist, they smile in some people's face and they don't even respond to hello when I tell them, the gym management should be attention to this matter, racism is disgusting and causes a lot of bad reputation for the gym !!!!!!!!

This PF is clean and friendly! Rudy was so generous to give me a free week when I was visiting my daughter from out of town. I will go here every time I'm in town from now on. A great gym!

I had wrote a review prior and the manager decided to delete it. But as I said before, the gym is very dirty with rude staff. The manager called my phone twice and hung up when he didn’t like what I was saying. The bathroom was disgusting and smelled like feces. I was there for maybe 45 minutes (what the manager told me) we stretched, got on one machine for 5 minutes, did about 40 leg presses and got on a treadmill for 5 minutes (which was hard to use) the equipment is very out dated. Also one of the staff members was busy flirting with some boys that were walking out. I stood there for 8 seconds (the manager told me this) waiting for the girl to assist us after she was done flirting. We were handed coins to use the massage chairs or beds. We asked what to do with them because obviously we’ve never been to this location before. We were ignored. We went to the massage beds and they were disgusting so we ended up leaving.EDIT: the regional manager has taken action and will be retraining employees! He was extremely sweet and apologetic.

I have been lifting weights for 20 years. I have NEVER experienced a worse gym. Non judgmental? My FIRST week one of their front desk people insulted me in front of another patron. Several times. They apologized but he still is far and away the most obnoxious person at the gym. Also their front desk is useless. I’m done. This place is a joke.

The staff is very nice and they will help you with the whole sign up process, they have pretty much all the equipment machines you need to get done your workout, is very clean and the best is that is open 24 hours during the week! This is incredible since my boyfriend and I work nights, we can always stop by anytime we can, we weren't sure on what gym we should have sign up to and become a member, but Planet Fitness was the best option and we don't regret about it!!!
