Clean gym, clean restrooms and very user friendly with equipment. Every sanitizing station was well stocked and staff was constantly wiping down different areas. Had enough of every machine to use without having to wait even on a busy day.

It's pretty good. Clean place with friendly staff. Downside is that they do not have free weights, and the dumbbells only go up to 75 lbs each, but if that is sufficient for you then this is a good gym for your individual needs.

Machines and facilities are always cleaned and stocked. I see the manager consistently coaching and making sure staff are on top of situations. Enjoy the friendly staff. Variety of machines is good. Would really like heavier free weights but it is what it is.

I made the switch to Planet Fitness from the Other major gym, great decision! Besides saving money $$$, this location on I-35 and Wm Cannon has everything you need to get a Full Body workout! I'm a 6'4 tall, 215lb guy and get plenty of heavy reps in. Plus a friendly staff led by a great manager (Quincey).They are more like family than employees. They keep the place spotless clean and usually repair equipment quickly. If you are a regular they get to know you on first name basis. highly recommend!

I love this place!!! First... They have tanning, massage chairs and, hydro therapy beds. Amazing!!! Locker rooms with showers. Tons of equipment for any workout and several of them. This location on 35 has been amazing since i started coming here. The staff is always there for your needs and is always very attentive as opposed to some other locations i have tried. Always greet you and are striving to keep the facility clean at all times. They are the best!

I cancelled before the end of my one-year commitment but was billed anyway for the next year's annual fee. Staff gave me false assurances 3 times:1. I went to the front desk at the gym a month before renewal. They told me to wait until 2 weeks before the 13th month is charged, then cancel.2. Realizing that the date they gave me is when my annual fee was deducted, I came in again a week before the date they gave me and cancelled. I asked if this meant they wouldn't draw any more funds from my bank account. They told me I wouldn't. I couldn't see the terms. You sign an electronic screen like you do for a credit card purchase. I got home and received a copy of my cancellation form, saying they planned to deduct the next year's annual fee. I emailed them about what had been promised. No response.3. I go to the gym a third time and explain my side. They tell me that while the deadline to avoid deductions had passed by a day or two, they're confident I'll be reimbursed. They'll write to the head office and copy me. They won't give me an email address or a phone number so I can contact them myself. I never heard from them.If I had bought the cheapest subscription ($10 per month) I wouldn't be complaining here. Instead, I had purchased the "black card" ($22/month) although I knew I'd rarely use those privileges, so that they could pay their staff better wages. This kind of treatment isn't what reputable businesses do. I'd advise others to look elsewhere.Update in response to Planet Fitness response (12/08/2019):On my third visit, I asked for the manager. The front desk attendant went to find her, then came back saying she was unavailable. Your move.

I love that the facility is clean and the staff is super helpful! I love the judgement free zone/vibe that you feel when you step foot into the facility. Brandon walked me through some of the other amenities to having the black membership. He was super thorough in explaining everything and even suggested I try a workout class with Mandy! Super friendly and helpful staff here. Very clean facility. Although the restrooms could be more clean.This Planet fitness is generally much more crowded than other PF locations nearby. Very popular location but you will always find enough equipment to workout. Which is kinda good because I like when people are working out around me.Easy parking available here.
