The clean facilities are top notch, with state-of-the-art equipment and a wide range of activities to choose from. The hours of operation fits my busy schedule. I guess I’ve been spoiled with a clean, updated planet fitness at the Bastrop location. Our gym was closed for several days shooting a commercial and we decided to make the almost hour drive to Austin. You would think, that being in a bigger city meant that the gyms would be nicer. Well, you would think wrong, like us. The girls locker room smelled like actual sewage and a girl sitting on the bench in there who frequents this gym said that the girls bathroom always smells like that. The bathroom floor looked like it had never been mopped. The equipment was outdated for the most part. I did give them one more star than I would have because I liked the Cybex arc trainer and we don’t have one. The girls at the front were rude and distracted. The massage chairs were outdated(like you use a coin) and a kind of porous material that didn’t seem cleanable. And there also wasn’t many. I’m sure since it seems like all the other bad reviews have been deleted, mine will be too.

Love this gym! The place is always super clean, but most importantly the staff here is amazing. Rudy, Benji, and Maritza go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome when I come in the morning. Even my mother who hates the gym will come along just because of how much Rudy has went out of his way to chat with her and make her feel welcomed. I’d give y’all an 6 stars if I could - keep it up! :)

The people are great here. The atmosphere always feels welcoming. I can’t think of a single thing to complain about. The facility is always clean and I love that as well. Recommend to anyone looking to join 10/10

Staff works hard to make sure the facility is clean and are great with guests. They provide a comfortable atmosphere to work out and are very friendly. Specifically, Alexa and Alli do a great job in greeting guests as they come in and are great with communication.

Still need to figure out all the machines but it was great. (: The guy at the front desk was a little sketchy and slightly rude though just to let yall know.
