I think this planet fitness is the best in Austin I come here almost regularly and the staff are always nice the machines are always clean and the water is cold and refreshing. When ever I come to this planet fitness the temperature is cool and I like that since I walk to pf and it's always a good way to cool down.

Good Planet Fitness location. Equipment is all working, no torn pads, etc. Club is pretty clean…restroom and shower areas good. My only negative comment was there was no one at the front counter on my way in and out of the club. Would have tanned if I saw any staff in the club.Expected to see one staff at least on a Saturday afternoon. 💪👍

Dressing rooms are not a big fan showers not good. I'm homeless it's the only planet fitness that's open 24hrs don't go there to work out to much I go there for the fact I can shower there and has free wifi and can charge my phone. They only charge me around 16$and 23cents give me a place to read my Bible and shower. It's good just for now until God Willing get my own place. I get all the exercise everyday I walk everyday. It's good price.

This place is the worst planet fitness I’ve been to. I travel for work and have been to pf gyms all over the states and this place was the dirtiest locker room I’ve been in… the showers had hair all over the floors like some one shaved there whole body and the hairs just been collecting at the drains and corners of shower…gross. The tv in the massage room were off… the gym had a thick musky smell also… definitely not coming back to this establishment…

The staff are pretty nice and friendly. The gym is clean and well kept. All machines and equipment are in working condition and it is a great gym to work out at.

I am very surprised with this gym. The staff care about their jobs. The place is the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in anywhere in the country and the environment is pretty decent… meaning the equipment, music and atmosphere for a Planet Fitness. I tried over several gyms when I moved here and liked this one the best. Super clean and the equipment is always working and maintained!

I was trying to cancel my membership and went to the Wm Cannon location in person to cancel my account. I paid a buyout fee and thought I was done. I then started getting billed the monthly rate again. When I sent an email, the help desk they said I canceled one account but I have another account. I was given only 1 barcode and went in to cancel it. How do I have 2 accounts and why do I have to go in again? The charge is to an account I no longer use and now I’m getting overdraft charges. Just reread their email and I think they canceled the wrong account. Need this resolved ASAP.PF email from Joseph Garza (Excel Fitness)

It was clean. Staff was friendly and.all wore face masks Not very crowded. They had plenty of cleaning supplies. Machines are marked for distancing. Plenty of tvs to watch. Restrooms were clean and stocked. Easy check in. Good experience!

Since the re-opening of Planet Fitness, it just feels good to be back! From walking in and hearing 'have a good workout', it's nice. Plus, seeing how the staff are ensuring that everyone is wearing their mask, constantly cleaning in rounds of the equipment just makes it better. Thank you to all of you at Planet Fitness who are a primary part of the of life going back to normal.
