Love it. ONE DOLLAR WILL GET YOU IN. and z10 dollars a month . They have showers, always busy. They have a trainer on site. People are so nice.

I have been a member since 2017. I usually go to the PF on Westgate but since moving, I’m walking distance from this one by I-35. I quickly noticed not all PF are the same.I find the structure of the environment quite alarming. For instance, bathrooms are not throughly clean. The walls have constantly have hair in them. Moldy residue on the all the shower heads and around the drainage area. The water smells awful along with the shower doors have slimy substance on them. And not to mention, I witness several times the maintenance staff just talking on the phone as “attempting” to clean. I have made it a point to bring my own all-purpose spray and cleaning towel.I hate that I would rather drive few extra minutes to be comfortable when this one is only a few feet away.

- They have lockers you can set your own code for which have USB ports inside for charging phones and such, which is great, but if you forget the code or it malfunctions, the employees open the locker without first verifying if you know whats inside or ask you for ID after opening. They basically aid in theft- Teenagers who sit on reclining benches for half an hour having conversations or staring at their phones while the place is packed to capacity- No trials before you sign up according to customer service rep.- The $10/mo deal is contract and includes $80 in surcharges. The no contract deal includes around the same in charges and is $15/mo. You dont actually save money if account for surcharges and hidden fees- Water fountain doesnt cool, doesnt get fixed, and they sell small water bottles for $3 each. How convenient... for them

This gym has well-maintained equipment, and professional, friendly staff. The manager Rudy has always been courteous and helpful when I had questions. The people who come here also tend to be nice and very respectful. I’ve had no issues with anyone’s behavior here and the gym is a place to meet people. Also, I would say the massage chair and massage table are both good, too.

Every gym is likely the same. But what sets this one apart? The staff, the management, and their concern for customer care ❤ It can sometimes be a little crowded, but there's always something you can do to keep sweating! Also, can't beat their prices! Thanks PF!

They have brought in new equipment to workout very clean. The bathrooms are spotless. Friendly staff are always on top of things. My husband and I enjoy working out here at this location!!!

The water tastes like paint thinner. You won't notice it at first but if you let it sit in your water bottle for half a day you should be able to tell the difference.

Beta male/insecurity zone...Water jet massage chairs are great, but this is the only reason I go. This is the most judgemental "no judgement" "fitness center" that I have ever visited. What's with all the judgement towards real athletes and bodybuilders? Highly hypocritical. Will PF kick you out after you reach a certain level of physical fitness?My regular gym (Golds) is full of perfectly polite athletes and bodybuilders. PF is designed to cater to highly insecure clientele who stereotype athletes to feel less insecure....If you want to improve, why not get inspiration from the people in your gym? 🤔

Mostly solid! Good variety in the machines/classes, feels very clean and weirdly inviting(?) for a gym. Taking one star off due to a lack of barbells. There’s a few smith machines that get you most of the way there, and for the price you can’t beat it!
