Crunch Fitness - Timonium

If you ever need to cancel your membership I wish you all the luck in the world .Had to get a new debit card because they wouldn’t stop hitting my account . It got that bad .

DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE: The only reason I give 2 stars is because of the average facility and equipment. For $35/month, you can find better. Irrelevant for the main purpose of this review.THINGS TO KNOW WHEN SIGNING HERE:- 30 day notice requirement for cancelation- Annual fee is charged within 90 days of enrollment ( To be safe, you have a solid month to cancel without paying the annual fee )- If you're told you would have the annual fee waived, make sure to be provided a written statement proving that offer. (can't stress this enough)Summary in order:- Cancelled 2.2 months into my membership due to relocation- Still charged for the last unattended month as I was unaware of the 30 day notice of cancellation policy over the phone- Manager offered to waive the annual fee due to my circumstances- 2 weeks later, charged the annual fee regardless and once I called back, they rebuttal saying nothing can be done due to terms & conditionsWon't be advising my network of colleagues to use Crunch with their corporate wellness stipends. Please thumbs this up so others can save on their bs annual fee

I Switched to this gym originally because of a bad experience at another one and it's convenient. So far I've had a positive experience here. I noticed that they offer a diverse range of equipment which is necessary if you're growing in your fitness journey. Dominick and the rest of the staff has been great at checking in as I'm a new member and they're fun. Check it out if you're serious about fitness and are looking to crush your goals!!

Great workout experience every time I go in the gym. Great client service from all trainers. Gym has all the equipment needed for a great training session. If you want to really have good workout, get in contact with trainers Aubra and DJ. Best trainers in the gym in my opinion.

Love this gym. Solomon is an awesome trainer. He is very knowledgeable, watches closely to make sure that you use the correct form and pushes you to be your best & strongest self during your workout. He answers any questions that I have and it so great to work with. I highly recommend him.

I spoke with A Team Member Kevin at the front desk at the Timonium location & he was great full of incite, patience, & cleanliness. His presence really gives this Gym a uplift. He Boosted my Confidence!

Crunch Fitness is one of the most welcoming environments I’ve ever had the pleasure of becoming a part of. The people are supportive and the staff are welcoming and constantly uplifting. I’ve had the pleasure of interacting specifically with trainers DJ Blaine and Dominic Thompson who have showed me what it means to be a part of the Crunch family. Thank you crunch!!!

Very happy with this place! Convenient, clean, inclusive of all ages, and a very friendly staff. I hope they can soon offer more ride and yoga classes later in the morning - the 9:00 -9:30 range. Please!Would recommend! And considering the demographic in the Timonium area, it would be great if they participated in Silver Sneakers!

Do not get personal training here!I am extremely frustrated with Crunch Timonium and JF Fitness North America over this whole ordeal. Multiple times their trainers trained other people during a session, were late, rescheduled at the last minute, or did not show up. These trainers also "quit" (an employee later told me they fired for stealing) and it took weeks for management to reach out. Management has been very difficult to work with as well, as the General Manager and Fitness Manager (the former GM) keep contradicting each other, and the information I've gotten from the website, help line, and billing department has been unhelpful and let me in circles. They refuse to reimburse me fully, just continuing their trend of unprofessionalism, bad customer service, and inability to be accountable for their multiple transgressions. They even tried to blame me and an employee's medical condition for the management's (read: their own) mistakes. The state of the gym was so bad the new General Manager admitted he had been brought in to "clean things up".

Everyone that works here is super friendly! New equipment and super clean!Updating my review to one star because they recently fired many of the good employees. Crunch was a great gym because of the staff there, not sure what’s going on anymore…
