I Switched to this gym originally because of a bad experience at another one and it's convenient. So far I've had a positive experience here. I noticed that they offer a diverse range of equipment which is necessary if you're growing in your fitness journey. Dominick and the rest of the staff has been great at checking in as I'm a new member and they're fun. Check it out if you're serious about fitness and are looking to crush your goals!!

Great workout experience every time I go in the gym. Great client service from all trainers. Gym has all the equipment needed for a great training session. If you want to really have good workout, get in contact with trainers Aubra and DJ. Best trainers in the gym in my opinion.

Great gym and the staff is great! I love how clean and spacious it is here, they have every type of equipment you would need for your workout whether it be for lifting, HIIT, cardio. DJ helped set my membership up and he has been great. Super informative and helpful when it came to all questions about memberships and the facility itself. Highly recommend and highly recommend having a chat with DJ, definitely knows what he is doing/talking about!

If I could give zero stars I would. The gym used to be full of helpful and friendly staff, however the new manager Marcus is awful. Not professional at all. He made trying to cancel the membership nearly impossible after I relocated. Look elsewhere in the area, it looks like the new Onelife Fitness opening in Hunt Valley will be awesome and have the same/better pricing with way more features.

It's a decent clean gym with a good selection of equipment compared to other gyms in the area. I'd like to see more squat racks and deadlift platforms as the current amount of 4 does not seem adequate to meet demand. The equipment can be fairly disorganized at times which makes it harder to find the things you need and more inaccessible with needed equipment being out of reach. The gym feels like it is overcrowded at times with there being no place to be without feeling like you're on top of someone else and it doesn't seem like there's any sign of that slowing down. The staff are friendly but it doesn't seem like they contribute much overall to improving people's experience at the gym. The HITT classes are pretty overbearing when you're not participating and the music seems disproportionately loud for the number of people participating in the classes. The gym reaches out occasionally for a survey via email but there doesn't seem to be any follow up if you actually complete it which is frustrating. Overall I think it's an ok gym compared to other gyms in the area with the potential to be a great gym if some areas are improved upon.

This is little literally the best gym in the area. There's plenty of equipment, Clean, Friendly staff that are very attentive to the customers. Dominic helped me out a lot with getting started. He's a great addition to the team. "Go Crunch Fitness- Timonium!"#GoCrunchOrGoHome😝💪

Everyone that works here is super friendly! New equipment and super clean!Updating my review to one star because they recently fired many of the good employees. Crunch was a great gym because of the staff there, not sure what’s going on anymore…

Do not get personal training here!I am extremely frustrated with Crunch Timonium and JF Fitness North America over this whole ordeal. Multiple times their trainers trained other people during a session, were late, rescheduled at the last minute, or did not show up. These trainers also "quit" (an employee later told me they fired for stealing) and it took weeks for management to reach out. Management has been very difficult to work with as well, as the General Manager and Fitness Manager (the former GM) keep contradicting each other, and the information I've gotten from the website, help line, and billing department has been unhelpful and let me in circles. They refuse to reimburse me fully, just continuing their trend of unprofessionalism, bad customer service, and inability to be accountable for their multiple transgressions. They even tried to blame me and an employee's medical condition for the management's (read: their own) mistakes. The state of the gym was so bad the new General Manager admitted he had been brought in to "clean things up".
