Too busy, never enough equipment and long lines regardless of time

I became a member prior to this location being built. I paid $25 a month and was told my membership price would be grandfathered in. Slowly my charge started increasing so I made it known to the manager and was told she put a freeze on it. Not quite my cost has gone up again. I feel I was lied to. Thinking about switching to MUV. Been a customer for over 10 years.

Great customer service - they understand your unique needs and accommodate as best they can. Friendly staff and customers in this location.

Worst customer service, the general manager there is so unprofessional. Don’t bother getting a membership that includes buddy pass. He will write you up for “personal training” just for standing with your friend while they excise. (Unless you are unfit, that’s okay, but if you are fit and your friend isn’t look out.)

The mens restroom is really bad. I come to this location at least once a week. Everytime I go, the men’s bathroom is a disaster. Their is dried and wet urine all over the ground. Toilets look as if WWIII occurred in the stalls. The smell of urine is so strong, I have to hold my breath and then breath through my shirt. Not to mention having it all over my shoes soles.Okay, now this is where it gets weird, the urinals and toilets are bad, but the showers are quite nice. I don't know what is going on. Its not just a one time thing, it is every time for the past 2 years or so. I would guess the folks cleaning the bathrooms come in once a week at best?

This location was once their best, all around cleanest location. Photo below only shows half of the women’s locker room. Each shower is infested with clumps of hair, and other bodily function garbage. Do not ask the front desk staff anything, they are too busy on their phones to help you, hence why the bathrooms are so filthy. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location gets shut down for unsanitary business practices. 🤢Instead of copying and pasting a response for all the other members that are telling you the gym is filthy maybe you could spend less time on the internet and more time cleaning 👇Another day another filthy locker room see the women’s shower below

Men's restroom has been filthy for weeks. Front desk has been politely informed numerous times. Still no movement. Cleaning crew seems to only mop. Please improve your customer service and sanitation standards.

I've been using this Gym for six years, the only exception was the covid time, but lately it become so different, it looks like nobody does the cleaning in both floor. on 02/09/2023 I went to exercise like every night from 9pm to 12:00pm, I was ready to leave then I noticed that someone took the Money from wallet, it was 1700 cash, that money was to pay my rent and somebody just like that open my locker and stoled my money, i did reported to the police but he said, he can't do much because the Gym doesn't has cameras in the locker rooms :( so be very careful with your belongings if your are in this Gym.

Incredibly crowded strength floor with too much room dedicated to cardio machines upstairs. 1st elipitical machine I used was broken. 1 medium sized sauna room for a gym with like 200 people in it. Pool water was salty, really hope that’s intentional because if not… gross. No room to push a sled or use battle ropes (except in a side room which was “reserved for training” and empty for the duration of my visit). No temperature control on the men’s showers and low water pressure.

Insanely packed with no equipment available at peak times (4-8pm). It’s fine if you go in the morning.
