24 Hour Fitness

I tried to cancel 6 months ago, and even after my contract ended they've been billing me for months and months. They would not issue refund, so I asked to speak with supervisor - but I was told there was an issue with their system and I couldn't be transferred, so he gave me the direct number to the supervisor - but it was a wrong number... very dishonest people.

The general manager Jett Locke and his assistant supervisor Jerilynn are completely unprofessional, but it is only this 24 hour fitness, none of the other 24 hour fitness are like this. All other 24 hour fitness gyms have been a great experience in all my years as a member - since 2003.

After we fulfilled our contract length we told them to cancel our account in May. In December we were still receiving monthly bills on our credit card. The local person said it couldn’t be fixed on-site, I had to call member services. Member services (an 800 number) said it had to be done locally and said she’d be sure we got a call within a week. They never called. Ripped us off for $315.

This 24hr fintess has great staff, VERY clean, and lots of equipment. Coming from a crowded gym downtown, it's a luxury to park, basically never wait for equipment, and have lockers available. The super staff is an added bonus!

Bottom line: the membership is worth the price relative to what you get.Maintenance team works well to keep this place well maintained. Machines break at times but are quickly fixed. This is important to me. It means management hasn't given up on the gym.The gym is decent relative to the price. No offense to anyone, but some days this place reminds me of my days when I volunteered at a retirement home. Other days, it seems like fellow patrons do not care about the gym leaving q-tips, band-aids, or towels in the shower. Other times, it feels like people are too comfortable by leaving their clothes, shoes, and gym bag on the bench while they sit in the sauna or take a shower. :-)

Usually clean, staffed and we'll maintained. A pretty popular gym for a reason. Good quality equipment and amenities as well as a good use of space.

I want to love this place, but cant. They have all the latest and greatest fitness equipment. They are really over-priced and are not very family friendly. IE kids are not allowed to swim in the pool. They do have daycare which is also overpriced.

Probably the best 24 in the Beaverton area. Well equipped and plenty of cardio machines for the cardio people. Parking is horrible around noon and five. Murray hill use to be my go to in the area but this location has surpassed it. If only they had more room for parking.

The older white male maintenance guy that works in the morning works his ass off!! managers of 24hourfitness he deserves a huge raise!!!! He's the only person I see working that hard every time I go in their!The stars above are for him ONLY. plus he's the nicest guy around!

I was a member of 24Hour Fitness for almost two years. Most of the time, the staff at the GYM manifest comfort by keeping positive facial expressions while being on-shift. Even though, hundred of people come to the facility daily, GYM towels were always available. Such minor element of positivity demonstrate the minimum work required to keep the facility intact.The GYM has two floors: the first floor includes restrooms, changing rooms, high quality strength equipment, a pool, a sauna, a steam room and a store. The GYM has a small pool that is enough to keep a swimmer warmed up for a competitive season. Also, there's a small shop at the entrance of the GYM that sells supplements, nutritious foods and drinks. The second floor includes two large classrooms (one for classes, such as BodyCombat and BodyPump. The second classroom is for spinning/cycling), a restroom and a large complex with cardio machines (StepMasters, treadmills and stationary bicycles.)The GYM doesn't includes personal training with a standard membership. However, I strongly encourage to utilize them to achieve basic knowledge of fitness. But, if you aren't interested in paying for a personal trainer (it's pretty expensive), then you can always ask people around the GYM. The majority of the people will be pleased to assist anyone. 24 Hour Fitness helped me to build myself from nothing and I highly appreciate it. Purchasing a membership is highly encouraged and I sincerely trust that every single penny is worth it.
