This place treated me pretty poorly when I was there. I'm not very confident in myself and Joe made me feel lesser while I was there. I was just on trial and had only been there a couples times. I won't be coming back because of him.

Can someone from management explain the logic behind selling me a post workout bar but refusing to let me eat it inside when I can drink from my water bottle? Well within OHA guidelines.Never had this issue at any other location. I will be driving the extra three miles to deal with friendlier, more logical staff.

Watch out for sneaky and higher than agreed upon charges on your credit card!On my 3rd month here, they charged $50 instead of $30 monthly. When I asked them, it’s apparently a facility maintenance fee ( which I wasn’t told prior to signing up).

Been going to this gym for a very long time. The prices have changed so much, they now charge me $50 a month and they aren’t even 24 hours! Oh and not to mention they keep charging you even when they were closed during the pandemic and when you freeze the account they don’t tell you after a month it automatically starts back up. They stole hundreds of dollars from me during the pandemic. I went in a couple months ago and I found all this out. Had to create a new account because since I didn’t know they were charging me I got a different debit card so I was negative 200 bucks in my account. Had to make a new one pay first and last months dues. They said it would be 40 a month oh and look at that after 2 months they raised it to 50! Please management read this, they guy who dealt with me didn’t listen to my complains and or even acknowledge that I was a 6 year 4 times a week guest and this guy was so rude, raised his voice and talked back to me when I had every right to be upset.

Overcrowded, dirty, & the locker room usually smells like pee. Double the crowd since they closed the Beaverton Central location. There’s exactly one power rack.

I love this facility and would come all the time. Over the years more people have joined, now there are not enough equipment and have to wait for something to become available. Instead of being at the gym for 45 min, I am there for an hour and 15 min and and the equipment is dirty and floors as well. Sorry to say but the gym has gone down hill.

Summary: Came in with expectations of buying a membership. Left after Joe, the fitness manager, threatened me.Do not expect that you can bring a workout buddy here.Discriminates due to age.My girlfriend's parents have a membership at 24. However, they have not been consistently going for years. They've mentioned that it's been difficult to get motivation to go and it can be intimidating to enter while feeling lost.Despite having my own home excercise equipment, I've been slacking off with my own exercises. I told my girlfriend's parents that I can get a membership at 24 and join them. That way, not only would I get motivation to work out, but I can direct them what to do as well. Workout buddies!I am NOT getting paid by them.I'm nearing the end of my trial period and I was talking to Savannah at the front desk today in regards to getting a membership. We were waiting for the manager to leave a meeting when Joe the fitness manager approaches me at the main entrance and warns me:"I've been watching you. I took your information down. We'll be watching you the next time you come again to see if you're still helping her work out."Instead of pulling me to the side and asking me if I was her personal trainer, he threatens me in the middle of the entrance as others are coming in to check in.Instead of assuming that I was a paid personal trainer, he can simply review his own cameras to see that we were switching back and forth between reps.If I was working out with someone of a similar age group, this would not have happened. However, because there is an age difference as they are my girlfriend's parents, they wrongfully accused me of being a personal trainer without inquiring first. This is discrimination. It's ironic that I came in with the intention of buying a membership and now the parents are considering canceling.

There is not enough equipment and it is dirty. There use to be someone always cleaning and vacuuming but since COVID happened the gym has gone downhill. This is supposed to be an upper class gym. Also, people when your using the machines and you start looking at your phone, you loose track of time and others are waiting. Please be courteousAnd no I'm not a Karen. 😋

This place has gone downhill. The pool filters have been sitting in the front lobby for over a month. The hot tub and steam room were broken down the last time I was there. The bathrooms are always gross. This place just feels grody and broken down. I'm looking for a new gym at this point. This place is just nasty and overcrowded

I went in June 22 to get a three day pass and the process was smooth. I currently have a gym membership else where and have been wanting to switch. When I went in later that night. The red head at the desk “manager” is what she said she was but she did not act like one at all. Was very rude and passive aggressive about why I wouldn’t sign up “because it’s just a dollar and I don’t understand what the hold up is” with a very bad attitude. She wouldn’t let us in and gave us a very hard time. It ruined the whole experience for me. I will not be coming back to this gym. That women needs to learn to be more welcoming and polite and not pressure into getting a membership.
