Haven’t had any issues coming to this location. I was going to the one on McLaughlin talk about nasty. This one is a lot cleaner in my opinion. It does get busy so expect that around 5am if you decide coming in around that time. I usually do since I get off work at that time. The gym members are nice. And so are the gym staff. I sometimes see staff members cleaning. I always clean up after myself anyhow when I’m done with the equipment that I’ve used. Other than that the only thing is that it does get busy.

This place isn’t super fancy but it has pretty much anything you would need. The downstairs has plenty of free weights, weight machines, and body weight equipment. The upstairs has a fair share of just about any cardio equipment you could want. Sure, some of its broken but that’s just the way things go sometimes. There’s a racquetball court, basketball, and a pool that I have not used. The sauna is hotter than a fresh batch of moms chocolate chip cookies just the way I like it.Now this bring me to the best part. The locker rooms. The locker rooms are a lawless place where societal rules are out the window. Why, just today I saw a man completely nude drying his genitals in the hand dryer right next to the sinks meant for the washing of hands. No one batted an eye.

24 Hour Fitness on Waterhouse is working exceptionally hard to keep the place clean well staffed and well-organized making sure everybody keeps their masks on while working out and they are facing the same challenges and we all are with success.

Hey 24 Owners, be careful these staff at Tanasbourne location are not professional, they do not communicate well, they are just like a robot saying word and repeat it again and again. no matter what is your situation they simply cannot understand. I am a loyal customer to 24 but this location staff service is suck.

I called the club and asked to speak to membership and the person I spoke to, Kai, said how may I help you. I explained when I was trying to cancel my membership online I had received a few offers that I would interested in, if I stayed. He was being very short with me and was not able to help me with my questions and in the middle of a sentence Kai put me on hold. After being on hold for about 10 minutes I hung up and called again. Someone else answered and I mentioned I was speaking to Kai and he put me on hold and he mentioned Kai was right next to him so he would hand him the phone. They put me on hold again. Evidentally Kai didn't want to speak to me for some reason so I came here to leave a review since it's nearly impossible to speak with management. Management, please train your employees some customer service skills! These guys have have none. Definitely canceling my membership after this terrible experience!

Trying to understand why this 24 hour doesn't open up water fountains to fill up personal bottles. All the other 24 hour gyms in washington county don't have this restriction anymore, it's no longer mandated. It feels like they're being greedy charging 3 dollar water bottles with the vending machine right next to the fountain.

Pretty let down at their handling of refunding a charge accrued when suspending my account until the end of COVID. Apparent manager Steve refused to refund a partial payment that I was assured would be refunded when initiating the suspension, after receiving notification that the club would basically be open only when I was at work and by appointment only. He said it was a partial payment from when the club opened to when I called, even tho I called within a few days of receiving the email. Where’s the customer service?

It does not come as a surprise that 24 hour fitness is going bankrupt. I've never received adequate customer service going to any of their gyms. I purchased a two year pass without doing research. They sent an email regarding the ability to bring guests but didn't mentioned it was a pass that had to be applied for and given to a friend before a certain date. When I tried to bring a friend they told me I couldn't and tried to upsell some $10/month buddy pass. Stay far away! Poor equipment and poor customer service.

I paid my yearly dues. I don’t want to go to the gym during the pandemic. They told me not to cancel the membership but just paid the yearly membership fee and just freezes it. So I paid my $49 yearly membership fees and told them to freeze my account. However they still charged me fully membership fees even though I haven’t been there. The lady manager refused to refund and was extremely rude and cancelled my membership without refund. Will not go back to this gym again

Pros: Gym is clean and the staff is nice.Cons: Discontinued towel service like a month after I signed up, which was a little annoying. But my biggest problem is, like most commercial gyms, is the equipment selection. Specifically they have a whole floor of isolation machines that are barely used, and only 4 proper squat racks that always have a line of people waiting to use them. Adds 30 minutes to my workout just waiting for one to open up. If they got rid of some of the barely used machines, or maybe got rid of the several dozen treadmills (of which I've never seen more than 5 in use at any given time) and moved the machines up there, they could double the amount of squat racks and eliminate the line.
