I've taken a few classes and am glad for it. It's fun, energetic, and has helped me get back into reality after long days of email, reports, screens, and stress. The people are nice and the exercise area is very soothing, although the music from the business next door can be distracting.

I have been a member for a number of years and have benefited greatly from Dahn's techniques.It's a very practical type of movement and I can practice it anywhere. From stretching, creative movements, and tapping, my body feels at its best. When I do have pain or stiffness I now know how to make myself feel better from what I've learned here. And an added benefit is the peace I have acquired through our energy work.

I joined DAHN Yoga Beaverton 2 months ago and I can not tell you what a big difference it makes to my life. After every class I feel refreshed, energized, relaxed, my mind is clear, I am in a very good mood. My body is stronger and healthier, I am a much calmer and happier person. The staff is wonderful, very nice, friendly, helpful and professional. Every day I look forward going to the class and all I can say is that for me, DAHN Yoga Beaverton is a life changing experience.Thank you very much !

I've been attending the class for about 2 or 3 time whenever my schedule allows and just after a month I'm feeling so much changes in my body already. My joints are much more limber and best part is I sleep so much better. Looking forward to experiencing more changes!

I have been with Danh Yoga for almost two years. I have had experienced many changes in my life since then. In the past it seemed to me we need to have some kind of super natural power, gifts, and talents to create things. The trainings helped me to see that we all have natural ability to heal ourselves, to create lives the way we want. Through this time I realized that we spend too much energy on unnecessary thoughts to a point were physical body becomes ill, and doesn’t want to move. I realized how important brain education is, because thought can both kill or heal. I have realized that the power to choose is ours. Knowing this, today I can take responsibility for my own thoughts, heal myself, and create things I want.Also, this training helped me to increase my focus power, expand my consciousness, and live meaningful life. It helped me learn how to combine my body, mind, and spirit.

I just completed the two-day Shim Sun Self Discovery Workshop at the Dahn Yoga Center in Beaverton. It was a powerful and intensive experience filled with reflection, meditation and exercise. The trainers were very helpful, talented, and kind. It hasn’t been 24-hours yet, but I already feel that what I experienced is a huge kick-start to expanding my spiritual and personal growth. I recommend Dahn Yoga and the Shim Sun Self Discovery Workshop to anyone wanting positive transformation in their life.

I have been practicing this yoga for seven years and it is now part of my daily life. It is a very unique and empowering set of tools, techniques and principles that are great life tools. The teachers are like family and will give you space to heal yourself, they will help you as you need and develop your (brain training) as far as you want to take it. I still feel I am learning and growing after seven years.I now teach many of the principles in my daily life and at work and have seen those I work with change their old habits and feel great again too. Try it out and you will make great friends for life too.

I have always wanted to participate in a yoga and tai chi class but never found the right fit until I discovered Dahn Holistic Fitness. The classes offered are self-challenging and support our individual personal growth path and what is wonderful is that we are all at different levels and stages, yet the classes provide the opportunity for each of us to get what we want out of them.The teachers are fabulous, they support the individual goals, provide challenges and insight as to how we can create the healthy body, mind and spirit that we seek.I love the blend of yoga, tai chi, energy work, brain education, stretching, breathe work and meditation - there is something for everyone!And the community of people who attend are just that - a wonderful and supportive group of people from all walks of life making the most from this inspiring center for well-being and greatness in our lives.
