I would highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in Personal Training. I have been training with Matt Antinucci there for several months and I can't tell you what a huge (and rapid) impact his workouts have had on my fitness goals and physique. I had a baby 2020 and I felt so out of shape and unhappy with my postpartum body. I did not feel motivated to workout at all and had NO clue where to even start in the gym. When I signed up for Crunch they offered a free workout with a personal trainer and I thought, "Why not try it? It's free". After the free session I instantly wanted to sign up for more because I could tell that this would help me gain the structure and motivation I needed to get back into shape.Fast forward about 4 months, not only have I lost all my "baby weight" I have gained muscle and stamina I never had before. Matt really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about his clients. He listens to all of my concerns (and complaints) and actively tailors his workouts to accommodate any new goals I have. If I am having an "off" day he helps keep me motivated without pushing me to the point where I want to quit. Working out with Matt has been fun, challenging and so rewarding. I can't believe how much better my body looks and feels in only a few months of working out with a trainer. I could not reach these goals without him. Thank you so much Matt!

Be aware of the cancellation policy. You have to be in the gym to cancel the membership. They will charge you until you submit the form in person. The online support sucks. A very much inconvenience for people who need to move or have other emergency. I think signing in and canceling should be easy for a customer. The gym itself is nice, plenty of room for a workout.

If you value honesty and professionalism, DO NOT sign up or purchase anything here. 1 star only because they technically do function as a gym to anyone with an active subscription.I signed up for basic membership, personal training, bought products, the whole 9 yards. After a few months of training I wanted to cut back my spending and cancel, but keep my basic membership. It took literal WEEKS of me coming in, in person, to hound them about canceling my training before someone finally and reluctantly canceled it, saying they might get in trouble for doing so. That is insane, and I was still charged another month after I put in the cancellation request. I was so demoralized that I just used the training rather than trying to get a refund, and I suspect I never would have.Fast forward to last month. I needed to cancel my membership because I was moving. This is my first, and last, experience with a gym contract, never again! What a ridiculous way to conduct business for a GYM, I can't believe these places are still in business. It has not been a full year so I was initially told I could either pay $100 cancellation fee or $40 over the course of the next few months to finish out my contract before coming in IN PERSON to cancel my membership...after I moved across town and it would be massively inconvenient. I went home, re-read my contract, found that I met the "move more than 25 miles" stipulation for early termination, WENT BACK in person to get my membership canceled after doing all the work, and was told that I shouldn't have that exception in my basic contract. Okaaaay. I told them, whatever, I do, and I want to exercise it. I was told that we could do an immediate cancellation so I wouldn't have to come back in after I moved, even though I would not be able to use the remainder of my membership for the month, because it would be immediate. Whatever, I was far from happy but just wanted to be done with this place already and had a move to plan and prepare for and needed one less thing on my plate. After all that, what do I wake up to this morning? A charge for my membership. So much for canceling it, now I have to go back and hound them until it is ACTUALLY canceled, and then force a refund. This place is frustrating, dishonest, and utterly unprofessional. Buyer beware.EDITI appreciate the response, but to be perfectly clear I was never refunded for my PT earlier this year, so as I stated I ended up simply using it rather than going through the hassle of attempting to get it back. I know the contract says cancel in person or with a letter, but seriously that's so antiquated. It's 2022, enter the current century and offer a digital option. Besides which, the real issue is that I had (and still have) zero confidence that in person cancellation even works, since I had to come in multiple days over multiple weeks to finally get my PT canceled, to say nothing of a refund, and apparently the same is true with my basic membership even though I was told it was an immediate cancel. When I am told to my face "your membership is canceled and you won't be charged again" and then see a membership charge 3 WEEKS later, with no warning and no explanation, there is no word other than dishonest that applies from a customer perspective.

Great gym and Joe is the BEST personal trainer. Seriously the best decision I have made for myself. After reading some negative reviews, I was a bit concerned about the equipment being an issue or cleanliness. But, I decided to go in and see for myself and the gym is in great condition. I have had no concerns over cleanliness or equipment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is good and it is a great experience. Highly recommend. Also double highly recommend Joe for personal training. Life changing.

Crunch is a great gym and for only 10 a month, you get lots of bang for your buck especially if you go regularly. The employees are nice and helpful and I always have a good workout.

Keeping it short. The lady behind the counter called me a homeless person and said I can't use their showers when I tried to open a membership with my boyfriend and I forgot my driver license. Ouch. OK. (This was summer last year and the showers were also probably closed from covid like what?) Not homeless and never have been. I will never support crunch fitness after that. Such an unprofessional and horrible experience.
