I'm nearing the end of my 6 week challenge with flow shala and I couldn't recommend them more. I have education in kinesiology and anatomy and it's clear that all of their staff does as well. They are able to talk people through their own body, targeting the intended muscles while holding proper body mechanics, no matter their background or starting point. They are a huge support system for holding yourself accountable and recommending viable solutions for anything you're struggling with it, be it the nutritional plan, or meditating. I've had a tremendous success strengthening muscle that have been weak, and it has contributed largely to being able to hold my posture much easier. It has been a game changer for me, I have never been comfortable in a class workout setting and literally everyone there has made it so welcoming and inviting. If you are needing a little motivation or not getting the proper body instructions out of your current classes, I HIGHLY recommend Flow Shala!!

If I could give this studio 10 stars, I would!! I recently completed a 6-week Transformation Challenge, which has changed my life in so many ways. I really enjoy the variety of workouts - from HIIT to flow to restorative - as well as the various modalities offered to play with, such as clubbells and steel mace. The trainers are very knowledgeable, are able to modify any workout to fit anyBODY and they truly care that the members find what they came to the studio seeking. The challenge changed my physique, my mental state and my spirituality in more ways than I can explain. I'm a Flow Shala lifer!!

I love Flow Shala! The coaches take care to fully explain the how and the why of movement, the classes are a challenging mix of conditioning work and flow, and the community is welcoming and strong. The weighted yoga leaves me feeling strong and stretchy at the same time -- I love it!

I had heard amazing things about Summer and her staff at Flow Shala but when I looked into classes, I was pretty intimidated because it had been so long since I had exercised regularly. I'll admit, the first few classes were brutal for me physically, but there was such a positive vibe, I kept going. I feel so much stronger now and continue to feel supported by Summer and the rest of the Flow Shala community. Bravo for creating such a wonderful space!

I love Flow Shala! I am so thankful for all the different types of workouts offered and the gentle and precise instructions of the teachers. I appreciate the option of 5:30pm class times and earlier class times so I can fit it into my busy schedule. Looking forward to training and getting stronger in these coming months!

I'm just finishing my 6 Week Challenge and I've really enjoyed it. It's been difficult but doable. I've felt like the classes are friendly to newcomers and instructors very helpful. Good support from everyone else in different levels as well. I've enjoyed the structure of the challenge and really needed it to help me make my goal of losing 5% body fat. I hope to continue taking classes, as I love the mix of yoga and club bells.

I am about one week out from finishing my 6 week challenge at flow shala. I have thoroughly enjoyed the knowledgeable coaches and different training style than I am used to. The studio with clean, organized and sign up for classes ran smoothly. I was challenged by the clean eating portion but with discipline and accountability they provided was able to reach my goal. They provided (as summer says) "a large tool Box" to help enable members to be successful. I didn't utilize them fully but have learned to look for my wins in the things that I did accomplish. The over all plan was simple however it definitely lives up to its name of a challenge. I would recommend them highly.

Great mix of classes and styles of coaches. Flow Shala is so much more than a yoga studio or a gym. Body mechanics, mobility, strength and fitness and blend nicely into every classes and I never get bored. On top of it all the space is beautiful and inspiring! Thanks Summer and Flow Shala team!

Thank you Flow Shala for helping me kickstart a much needed change in my life! Finding this studio and the six week challenge was a happy accident, and I am so glad I clicked that Facebook ad! The studio is beautiful, the instructors are so smart and very good at what they do, and the system works!!! Follow the rules, show up and work hard and you will get stronger, leaner, and more flexible.I was especially impressed with how knowledgeable some of the coaches are on body science. This program is carefully thought out to maximize results and it shows. Workouts are hard so plan on pushing yourself but you see results fast and that’s great motivation!!I loved to so much and I’m not ready to stop! Will definitely be staying on as a member. On with the flow!

I participated in Flow Shala's 6 week challenge. Summer and the staff are all fantastic people wanting to truly help you. My goal at the beginning of the challenge was to lose 20 pounds and I lost 21!!!! Now, after the challenge I feel like I have a good base to continue to let go of even more weight based off of what I learned and experienced. I absolutely loved taking part in this challenge! During the challenge I was able to break bad eating habits and create a new healthier lifestyle and gain back a healthy relationship with food. If you are lacking accountability or feel stuck in a rut in your life I highly recommend taking part in the challenge. It was also fun making friends in class with people who were also doing the challenge. It felt good to be able to relate to others and discuss your triumphs and struggles. There is a great variety of teachers with all different backgrounds, skills and knowledge, so everyone should be able to find a teacher or multiple you connect with. If you ever have a question they are more than willing to take the time and help you. It can be intimidating at first, but you are encouraged to go at the pace that is best for YOU wherever you are on your journey. I also really enjoyed the unique style of some of the classes and channeling my inner warrior and practicing moves our ancestors did. It's your ordinary yoga and then some! I have noticed a total transformation in my body and how much easier it is to do simple everyday movements, it's very freeing. Overall, I absolutely loved my experience and will continue to go to classes after my 6 week challenge.
