Flow Shala is a unique experience with a large variety of classes and amazing/supportive community. While some classes are more challenging, every class/move starts with foundation move and then layers on as you get stronger. Staff is so friendly and they try to get to know you. They are working on adding more class times as it occasionally fills up. Hoping for more variety as they continue to grow.

I'm just finishing my 6 Week Challenge and I’m glad to have tried it. I had mixed feeling throughout course but felt supported and I was committed to complete. I felt a little lost at times but everyone, staff and other clients were very helpful. It's been difficult but doable. It was a great place to learn about yoga both low intensity and high intensity with weights. I've enjoyed the structure of the challenge and hopefully I have met my goal lof losing 5% body fat. I am stronger and much more aware of my abilities to improve. I would recommend the challenge to others no matter what level the are on. It’s a great way to get back into fitness mode.

Yoga with weights! I joined the Flow Shala Studio and have been very impressed! Wonderful instructors that hold you accountable to your goals. Joined for the 6 week challenge and decided to continue membership because of the results. Highly recommend!

I did the 6 week challenge and it DEFINITELY transformed me, body and spirit! I lost over 6% body fat, gained muscle strength, and found clarity on my priorities in my life. It was the perfect reset. The space is beautiful and welcoming, which makes it a haven to go to at the end of a work day. Normally, the thought of going to the gym after work is pretty horrible, so this means so much to me and ensured that I would get to all of my workouts. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and the classes are small, so you get the attention and coaching to keep you in good form and encouraged. Megan is an especially excellent teacher--take her class FOR SURE! The community of people are so supportive and fun. I cannot recommend the studio or the experience enough. Do it!

Flow Shala is a beautiful studio with an amazing staff!!!! GO NOW!All of the instructors are welcoming, supportive, & highly knowledgeable in their craft. Yoga practice combined with the ancient training tools will blow your mind. The variety of classes are sure to keep one challenged and intrigued. All levels of fitness are accommodated. Great jamz during the session are a perk :). In addition, the community of students are great as well...warm, supportive, and happy.Bellingham is blessed to have this wonderful, unique studio.

It is hard to begin to put to words the experience I have had in just a few short weeks at Flow Shala. In a nutshell it is world class training in our own little town. I am someone who lives with a chronic illness, has had more surgeries than I can count and was at a point that I knew I could not continue feeling this way for another 40 years. When I walked into Flow Shala I was nervous, scared, intimidated and in general had very low confidence and self esteem. But now I feel like I am back! Summer and her team made me feel like I belonged from the moment I stepped through the door. They provide an incredible support system beyond anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. The classes that are offered are diverse and engaging. I never know exactly what is coming which makes the hard work fly by. And if that isn’t enough they have reminded me how amazing clean eating is and have taught me to care for my mind and heart as much as my physical being. The village that is being created at Flow Shala has introduced me to amazing people at different stages of the journey. Every class I attend I see people supporting each other, sharing stories and creating friendships... an unexpected and very welcome surprise in this challenge. Although I am excited that I am nearing the end of the 6 week challenge, I am even more excited to keep training and living with Flow Shala. They have made an incredible impact on my life. More than they probably know. If you are reading this, please know that you are worth it, you can do it, and you will thank yourself every day for walking through their door.

Summer Huntington and the Flow Shala team bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to their classes. Earlier this year I was feeling the need for more movement and vitality. As a busy mom of two, I slowly let my self care practice fall away. The 6 weeks to Flow program came at a perfect time for me to activate change in my life on multiple levels. Not only do my clothes fit better, my energy, strength, mood, muscle tone and focus have changed in a positive way. Accountability and a well thought out holistic program is just what I need. I signed up for the membership to have a community that can help me stay in the flow of health and self care.

The Flow process was very intriguing to me as a new approach to staying fit and healthy. My workout has always been full on power! However, my 55 year old self told me that working out smarter with a holistic approach will serve me much better now! I am loving the physicality of the studio workouts, the accountability, and the video instruction for low and no days! Loving the learning and the positivity of all the trainers! I am in my 5th week of the 6 week challenge and am really enjoying the process! The Flow Shala team is friendly, approachable, encouraging, available and very helpful! My success thus far lie first in my commitment to trying a new way of fitness. Secondly, I have learned new techniques from in class and video sessions. I have also learned the how and why of the importance of incorporating reflection and meditation. The nutrition piece I am familiar with and understand, however, the course required an "intentional" approach which was needed. My weight and strength are responding positively to the work that I am putting in as is the mental toughness that I have regained :) So far I have completed 12 workouts in studio. I wasn't sure how well Flow Shala would travel, but I was very happy with the number and variety of videos that were available to me to continue on my fitness journey while away from home. I would definitely recommend Flow Shala to someone new to fitness, someone with a ton of experience and anyone who falls in between!

I have really enjoyed my classes at Flowshala. The instructors are very approachable and really promote working at your level and honoring your body, which as a newbie is very helpful. I love the atmosphere there as well. I participated in the challenge and had good results! The first couple of weeks seem overwhelming but overall they are promoting a healthy lifestyle and a healthy mind!

I am so pleased to have found the Flow Shala community! The last few weeks since joining have been challenging mentally and physically, but I have noticed feeling stronger, more energized, and have definitely been getting leaner with the challenge! The support of the instructors and other class goers is wonderful, and each of the classes is unique but focuses on functional fitness. I have especially enjoyed the Yoga & Strength, Steel Mace Vinyasa, and RAD Mobility classes, every one of which offers a different level of challenge (and support), clear instruction, and opportunities to learn more about basic musculoskeletal anatomy and good form. I may leave most classes sweaty, but I always feel great and know that I am gaining both strength and better insight into keeping my body strong!
