I would highly recommend Flow Shala to anyone looking for a complete change in their body! I have tried numerous training facilities & gyms and I have never experienced this type of positive body change so fast. Almost immediately I noticed a leaner body and tight core, the workouts are so great and all of the coaches truly pay attention at all times and coach you through the movements. The best thing is the workouts don't deplete you, you get a great workout but can still go do something active outside! Win-Win!!!

Flow Shala has been a huge blessing in my life. I am impressed with the wholistic approach to fitness that Summer has put together. I am very impressed with the level of knowledge that her team brings. Functional movements are well crafted into flow routines that target strength, endurance, mobility, breathwork, and mindfulness. I have been feeling very stuck in certain movement patterns in my daily life, which has led to a lot of blocked energy in my body/mind/soul. I now have noticeably more energy, not only when engaging with the fitness program, but (more meaningfully) in the rest of my life also. I consistently find myself looking forward to my next sweat or stretch at the studio. And to meeting up with all of the other folks who show up to challenge themselves daily through Flow! I joined for the 6 week challenge, but I will be continuing to train with this team of amazing coaches far into the foreseeable future.

Just finished my 6 week challenge and I can't wait to keep flow shala a part of my weekly routine. I love the classes, the focus on good form, the instructors are super helpful, and for me, right when yoga gets boring, the classes pickup pace with high intensity interval training. I find the clubells and steel mace super mentally challenging and fun. I come out of class energized and usually have a good all over soreness that shows I have been working hard! Thanks flow shala and staff! 💓💓💓💓💓

I am finishing my 6 week challenge, and it was equally fun and challenging! Summer and everyone on staff have been phenomenal instructors. Everyone is friendly. Every class is educational. I really enjoyed the variety of classes. It was nice to go to a studio that offers more intensive HIIT or Steel Mace classes as well as low intensity RAD Roller classes. The eating guide is very educational. It helped me make healthier choices eating in and out.

I highly recommend Flow Shala to anyone wanting to embark on a journey of total mind-body transformation. It not only is a beautiful, clean space but it is a place for ANYONE regardless of background or experience. Summer and her staff will effectively coach you in proper body mechanics to ensure that you keep your body/joints safe while offering options for modifications for every level all while encouraging you to meet your goals and stepoutside your comfort zone. Everyone here makes you feel loved on each time you walk in the door!

I am grateful to the Flow Shala community and the depth of knowledge of the both my instructors. The instructors amazing ability to clearly communicate concepts of anatomy in addition to clearly articulate instructions for poses. My biggest challenge is over coming fear of new movement with chronic pain. This level of confidence in instruction has enable me to feel safe while striving for new body awareness, alignment, strength and flexibility. All of which along with weight loss has begun to reduce and control my pain. The 6- Week Transformation Challenge has provided me a with a framework, tools and skills to enable me to self evaluate and be accountable for my own health and well being and trust for a long time after the challenge. I will continue to recommend the program. Thank to Summer and Flow Shala team.

I am so happy I stumbled upon this wonderful place!The combination of steel maces and club bells with yoga and interval training is empowering, effective and fun! The studio is in a beautiful settling (you actually want to get up for a 6:30am class because you get to watch the sun rise over the city!). The coaches are knowledgeable, wonderful, and supportive. I started my practice there with a minor knee injury and the coaches helped me modify my workouts, and I greatly decreased my pain through strengthening other mussels.On top of all this, Flow Shala offers a 6 week challenge that is wonderful! I gained so much strength and confidence, broke bad eating habits, made self care a priority, gained so much energy, and lost 20 pounds!I would give this place 10 stars if I could! We are so lucky to have this gem is Bellingham!

The 6 week challenge at Flowshala was great for my mind, body and spirit. Not only did I get to workout and get fit, I became part of a supportive community of people. I worked on ways to deal with physical and emotional stressors and the challenge plan kept me on a good, healthy eating plan. Although I didn’t lose a lot of weight, I feel I gained better strength, flexibility and understanding of my muscles. I feel much more confident and comfortable in my own skin. I look forward to countinuing on my journey to better health.

Great workouts and great staff! I really liked taking part of the 6 week challenge, which they set you up with a progression of workouts and a nutrition guide. You also get access to at home workouts to keep the flow going! Summer is great motivator and coach. My only issue was how crowded classes would get once the 6 week transformation challenge got more popular, but also a great sign that the word is spreading and people are loving it just as much as me! Check it out!

I love Flow Shala! Summer and the team are incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging and compassionate. The variety of classes ensures that you will never get bored and will continuously discover new ways to challenge your body. Great for all levels and modifications are always available if needed. The studio is beautiful and has definitely come to be one of my happy places!
