We moved and we’re no longer able to bring our child to classes. We signed their 30day cancellation form and paid the additional month of fees even though we weren’t attending anymore.Well…. They charged us the next month even though we were not obligated to pay. No big deal I thought we would just make a call and get it fixed. After a couple calls they said it was their mistake, we had filled out the appropriate 30day notice form and they would refund us within the week.It is now an entire month later and have yet to see the $150 refund. We have made several calls. And they now are saying they don’t have a record of the transaction. Their customer service surrounding payments leaves a lot to be desired.Overall, the classes themselves are fine but this issue with accounting is ridiculous and enough for me to leave a poor review and not recommend them to others.

My son's been attending here for a few years now and they really taught him the value of respect and patience and he's become more brave with each lesson.

My son has been doing the Ninja Kenpo class at RSMA and loves it! The staff are positive and encouraging. The homework for daily habits has been amazing at keeping him encouraged through the week and advance in class.

We love it here! Enrolled our daughter this Fall and have had such a great experience. The coaches, the space, and the martial arts skills are all top notch. Not only does she have an absolute blast but the growth mindset and physical discipline being taught makes it perfect.

Rock Solid has made all the difference for my high spirited 6 year old boy. He has gained confidence, coordination and anger management skills. Shayne Simpson is an amazing role model for spirited children, very calm and kind - emphasizing the importance of self improvement as well as athletics.

This is a family managed martial arts studio; there is more than just physical practice happening here, they also build positive emotional and coping skills with their students. Thank you!

My entire family Loves Rock Solid Martial Arts. My wife and I truly enjoy taking our three kids ages 12, 8, & 6 to Rock Solid. They have been training for three years now in both American Kenpo and Jujitsu. Shayne and Penny Simpson with help from a few other key instructors do an amazing job with the kids. My kids learn so much more beyond the martial arts training they receive. Rock Solid Martial Arts provides my kid a positive environment to grow with others.
