I'm brand new to the area and this is my first gym here. I really like this gym. The staff is friendly and I have had great experiences with a Trainer Christa. They have reasonable child care cost and services. None on the weekend, which is a bummer. My only complaint is the bathrooms. Small, old, and dirty. The sauna isn't super clean and you are on top of the bathroom stalls, which allows for unpleasant odors and sounds hitting you. My other complaints, is people in sandals doing workouts and a maintenance fee that doesn't see to go towards anything noticeable.

Amazing facility. It makes you feel at home and welcome as soon as you walk in. The employees even call you by name as if you’re family. It’s locally owned so you know that you’re putting your money back into the community. Very friendly staff and owners. Cleanest gym in town. Amazing variety of equipment. Everyone there is respectful and helpful as well. Hands down, the best gym in Central Oregon.

Wonderful friendly environment. Owners are very fruendly and will get to know you. Instructors are very good at there jobs and will help you with your goal.

The place is filthy and expect them to continue to hit your bank account after you have quit membership and moved on.. or try to give you a # to call that also gives you the run around. I'm heading to my bank to change my account because it's easier than canceling my account with xcel

I really enjoy going to this gym, the monthly 24 hour membership is very affordable and the equipment maintenance fee is only once a year, they even took time to send me a letter warning me it was going to hit. Tony the evening custodian is super nice and greets everyone by name and he always does a thorough job cleaning.

Super clean gym with all the equipment to power through your workout. Perfect combination of the right equipment so your able to workout without standing in line. Get in and handle your business this is not a place to find entertainment just a great workout.

I've been a member of the gym for a year now. All the staff are very polite, the gym is well maintained and clean. I have no complaints about this place, and under $20/mo gets you a membership with 24/hr access. It's great!

Old and dirty....you get what you pay for. Keep expectations low and you'll be fine. This club is old school, old equipment, old group fitness and old style membership contracts. Buyer beware.

Certain equipment has been in disrepair since I joined a 18mos ago, The men's locker room is unclean, the shower curtains are covered in mold. There is a 25 dollar a year repair fee for equipment....
