I moved out of the area sent them a document to show my new address according to there own rules and they refuse to stop taking money out of my account. I haven't used the gym sence September. Thirty years law enforcement and Meyer of a city. Trainer of the year for the state of Oregon .Been part owner of a gym ,members of many gym over the years but non as bad as this one.

Decent gym, good equipment.Terrible to deal with when trying to leave, I have been trying to cancel for over half a year now and it’s an absolute nightmare to try and get out. On top of that they keep charging me. For your peace of mind go somewhere else, this is a terrible gym to deal with.

The staff and ownership at Xcel Fitness are outstanding! Friendly from the first day and made a point to know me as a member. Facility is clean and well equipped for all levels of fitness ventures. They will go out of their way to make your experience the best in Bend!

Hands down the best gym in this town!! Don’t waste your time or money at any other gym, just got to Xcel!! The owners, staff and environment is spot on!! My fiancé and I have been members for over two years and were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in the door. Tanner, at the front desk/manager remembered our names from the beginning. I wish I could say more about how much love and support this gym give but long story short, just go there!! You’ll be happy that you did!!

Outstanding Gym with awesome staff! Tanner has gone above and beyond, helping me with my membership! He always greets members by name and makes everyone feel welcome. The owners take great care of the facility and equipment. They are constantly walking the floor and interacting with members. Highly recommend.

I started going to this gym nearly 10 years ago and after moving away from Bend, experiencing many other gyms, I can genuinely say that you will not find a better one than Xcel. It is always clean, the staff/members are all very friendly and there is enough equipment that even during peak hours you don’t have to wait around for a station. Great environment of people who are serious about fitness and always working hard. I always make it a point to come back here to workout when I’m in town.

I love this gym. Have been a member for 6 or 7 years and I am convinced this is the best gym in town. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the members are great. Everyone is free to exercise however he/she wants without fear of judgement or comments. The gym and equipment are always clean and well kept. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Fantastic. Simply put, there is not a better fitness facility around. I can’t even tell you how many gyms I’ve been to and been a member of and none of them come even remotely close to the standards set by this gym. My sister, girlfriend and I have both been members since last September, my brother has been here for over three years and just to list a few of the things to expect when you go there.. unbeatable cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism from staff, most complete gym set up and massive variety of equipment. People that go there truly don’t know how good they have it compared to other facilities. Especially during these times where running a business has to be exceptionally difficult, this gym is setting the standard for every other business in town and deserves to be applauded.

This is the best gym in Bend! Such an amazing group of people here (not only staff but members) The front desk staff is so genuine, kind, and helpful! The gym is never too busy to get the equipment I need, and is kept very clean. I feel at home and safe working out here.Not only does the staff remember names, but they go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend this gym. I am so thankful to have joined this amazing community! Thank you guys

Xcel is simply the best gym in town. It's a huge facility with all the equipment you need. I've been going here for four years now and I still love it!
