I cant say enough good things about Xcel Fitness! The whole gym has a friendly and energetic atmosphere. The building is big and offers everything you could possibly need to reach your fitness goals; group fitness classes, cardio equipment, free weights, dry sauna, childcare, etc. Both clubs are incredibly clean and the front desk staff at both locations are so happy and helpful. My daughter loves childcare and it's so nice knowing she is going to have fun in a safe and clean environment while I workout. If you're looking for a new gym that meets all of your fitness requirements Xcel is the place to go!

Xcel Fitness has been the best gym I’ve ever been a member of! I go to the east location and have had wonderful experiences with each of the staff, from front desk, to CrossFit coaches, to childcare teachers. The whole building is clean and there are so many options. My kids (ages 2&4) love going to the childcare room and always come out with crafts and stickers and smiles on their faces. Excited to continue my workout journey with Xcel!

I’ve worked out at almost every gym in Bend. I’ve stuck with Xcel the longest because they have the best weightlifting equipment and keep their gyms perfectly clean.The owners, Israel and Austin care deeply for their gyms and are frequently at the front desk to make sure patrons are happy with the gym and their service. I’ve never known another gym where the owners are always working to keep customers happy.

This is the best lifting gym in Bend. I've been a member for 3 years. The equipment is nice, works well, with a huge free weight area and multiple squat racks and smith machines. The staff is super friendly. They greet me when I arrive and leave everytime I visit. The gym is accessible 24/7. Nice locker room too with steam room. I'm very curious to try the cross fit gym. I would recommend.

We are members of LA Fitness nationally. They will allow a one time out of town guest in free.My wife and I were in town visiting family this week and wanted to workout with our son. We had no idea these folks charged 10.00 per person for a guest and we did not take any cash with us.We asked if we could workout and pay the fee the next day.The girl behind the desk said no and when my son challenged and asked to speak with her manager she became less than friendly.These folks including the owner need some lessons in customer service. I understand policy and rules but being nice is not that hard.I guess when there is limited competition in a small town you can treat folks as you wish.

Lots of equipment. Huge place. Great crossfit classes. Would love to be a monthly member but it's a bit pricey. Would love to see a crossfit only membership...

This place is great. The staff is extremely helpful. There is plenty of machines and free weights that you don’t have to worry about waiting for something to free up.

They make it seem as if your signing a monthly contract but dont tell you its a year minimum so you cant get out of it and must stay and pay for a year even if you dont use itthe staff is un-helpful and charge way too muchplanet fitness is the way to go and so many othersi was 70$ for a 29$ membershipand now i can't even talk to anyone from the gym about this problem they just ignore my calls once they found out i was not using my membership anymoremanager hung up and was rude to me on the phone when i tried to explain they signed me up for the wrong membership after i asked for a monthly member and was told i could cancel at any timetrickstersworst gym ever and over charges

No nonsense gym, nicely spread out. Always clean with a super friendly staff. Gets a bit busy at peak but has overflow parking.

Lots of free weights. Great cardio equipment and classes. The best part is that the staff is super friendly and helpful. They also take pride in keeping the workout areas and locker rooms clean.
