Very intense workouts with amazing staff/trainers but this location is incredibly difficult to actually sign up for workouts. They are effectively an over-booked location so you literally have to sign up for classes a month in advance or join waitlists and keep checking back to see if you’re actually able to work out or not. Most times you have to check in the AM if there were enough cancellations or not in order to make it on the list. Just an annoying process most of the time.

It pushes me pass any physical expectation I would do on my own. All of the staff I have met at several locations have been awesome. I feel like I have my own personal trainer for an hour every time I'm there!
