Isaac Del Valle, personal trainer in Eagle. He has been great with my two boys and helping them reach their goals and build a strong foundation in fundamentals, form, and process to reach their goals.

Have been a member of several gyms in S.W. Idaho so thought I'd give Crunch Fitness Black Eagle a try. At first, it seemed to be pretty good but over time, I noticed something negative about staff at certain times, and it continued to get worse. Then I had a number of friends there say they were going somewhere else and all with the same reason - District Manager Jamell Swann. I knew that he was someone to avoid but thought it was only me. He is a lawsuit just waiting to happen. So think I'll keep my membership there for a while longer, waiting for the inevitable second shoe to drop and then join in the lawsuit against both Swann and Corporate in N.Y. Yes, he's that bad. I feel sorry for the other employees when he's around. And yes, I've heard from some of them too. Sad, because it could be a decent gym.

I Tried to cancel my membership during Covid and they would not let me without coming in and signing in person. Even though, I had Covid in family and was under quarantine. They refused to cancel my membership and turned me over to an attorney for $125!After many calls with Bailey, which she never returned any calls, and was able to catch her once… Told me I could basically jump in a lake!Bad bad bad management

This place has gone way down hill. I started here after COVID lockdown and the staff was going above and beyond in all aspects. As more people began to return you would think the staff would step up cleaning or at least maintain. This is definitely not the case. The sanitizer wipes are constantly out, things are visibly dirty. This is even more disappointing as I recommended this spot to my roommates and numerous patrons from the establishments I bartend out. I'll think twice before I do that again.. Get it together

The manager Markus at this location is completely incompetent at both cancel memberships and customer service, and doesn’t end there. He would not allow me to explain my already frustrating situation of failed attempt at cancelling my membership. Instead, he arrogantly dismissed my complaint because of his ignorance. He didn’t even have the correct email to know what he was talking about. Apparently, gym manager qualifications are non existent. It’s interesting that the first google review I encounter is addressing this same issue. Crunch fitness has stolen at least a year of membership money from me.

I believe these reviews need to be updated. There is a new manager, John, who took over recently and I’ve noticed a lot of improvement with every aspect of the gym. It wasn’t bad before, but is absolutely phenomenal now. The staff is very upbeat, the facility is clean, and the environment of the club is terrific. I would definitely recommend this club.

Been a member for years, the employee turnover is ridiculous. The previous reviews are right .. KC was a good employee but she left. The last weekday front desk/opener Jesse was the absolute best they have had. He was friendly to all the members, good customer service AND took care of all the cleaning, now he’s gone. (As some else mentioned the cleaning turned into a collective effort by members) because they DONT HAVE A PORTER ANYMORE. Especially in pandemic, just gross. Staff hardly wears masks and all the trainers ended up with covid.

I first started going to Crunch Fitness based on my brother's recommendation. They have friendly staff who seem interested in helping their members get the most out of their workout time. They have one on one training and group fitness classes as well as the option of going it alone and working at your own pace. I haven't really been that interested in tailoring a workout regimen of my own, however, the equipment and the trainers are there for you to use if you so choose to get into shape. Exercise for me helps to clear my mind and body of stress; allowing me to feel more productive and clear of mind. The membership fees are affordable. I pay a little under $40 a month and I have access to the entire facility and it's amenities 7 days a week. I choose to pay for towel service so I never have to worry about not having a towel or forgetting to bring one. At $5.00 a month it's a small price to pay for this service. If you're looking for a great place that will help you achieve your fitness goals, you just might give the team at Crunch Fitness a chance to help you succeed where other places might not do so.

When I signed up for the gym and personal training, Tess personally took care of me. She signed me up for a three month contract for personal training while assuring me that I wasn’t in a contract. When I attempted to cancel two months into my supposed agreement, Tess had forgotten all about her polite words like, “I totally understand your situation and we know training is expensive.”The manager, Briana, said that because I signed the agreement, she could only freeze my membership rather than cancel it.Additionally, when during my first month of training, I had four different trainers and the last two couldn’t even find my file. I also paid for towel service and exactly 0 of my visits had towels in the dispenser.Basically, this gym sucks and I really wish I hadn’t wasted so much money here. Drive father to find a better gym.

please be careful y’all. i wouldn’t use this gym if you could help it. they have mold in the walls and ceilings that’s hard to see to the naked eye. didn't effect me but someone i know had to go to the doctor because she was sick and they said she had mold in her lungs. it traced back to the gym where it was found. and i still don’t think they’ve done anything about it. not good for the safety of the staff or guests.
