Initially I was expecting my experience at Crunch to be positive. The membership fees are reasonable and they allow a free guest as well as access to fitness classes. That is where the positives end.First, they lured me in with the $25/mo cost but all the hidden fees which seem arbitrary added up to $100 for the first month. On top of that, they insisted on getting my bank account number as "security in case my card was declined". That tells me that they just want to keep automatically charging you as long as they can for a membership and I have heard stories of how difficult it is to cancel your membership with crunch. As far as the actual facilities go there are many new machines but the racks and benches are in shambles. Many of them wobble and are supremely dirty. What's more is you can't even clean them most of the time because the sanitizing wipe containers around the entire gym are empty, and there substitute is 3 spray bottles with unwashed rags to be shared by the entire population. When trying to just set a barbell up with plates I encounter many difficulties. Plates are never in the same place and sometimes I can't even find the one I'm looking for. Sometimes I can't even find a bar! I believe that one of the 7 or so people working there at the time should clean and organize, but almost every employee is more interested in socializing and is disengaged. This employee behavior especially disturbs me when I see people who pay up to $150/hour for one of their personal trainers. I won't assume the personal trainers qualifications, but from what I've seen 4/5 of the trainers couldn't care less about their clients. They show an exercise inappropriately hard for the client then look the other way while the poor person has terrible form. But they don't care. This place can be a good value if you just want to attend classes. But the way it is managed is disappointing to me every time I go in and I will be cancelling my membership after just two months.

I love this gym because of the friendly service and the size, there's never really a wait for most machines or exercises. It's true there's never enough spray bottles and towels so sometimes it's seems dirty but not visibly. The temperature has never been a problem for me, but sometimes the pool gets crowded and it's difficult to do laps

Just signed up about 2 months ago! I got all access membership, so I'm trying them all out. This location seems to be the busiest! The employee's are very nice at the front desk. I told them I was new and a salesman gave me a tour …

I have been a member since 2009. Thinking of looking for a fitness club. Keep Looking. I am not sure how I got screwed more, Joining that place or when I tried to cancel. Sales staff is very misleading and cannot be trusted. READ …
