I've been working out here for years. I really miss the late hours they used to stay open to.

I love the staff! I’m semi-elderly (73?) and the guys there are so helpful and respectful….some places the staff just ignores older people, but guys are great! - Maple Grove and Overland Rd.

Love it! I go almost every morning before school and the staff are super friendly and helpful! I love that unlimited tanning and the hydromassage are included!

Cleanliness of this gym gets a zero. The sauna is the most disgusting sauna I’ve even stepped foot in. My garbage can is cleaner than it. Mirrors weren’t wiped down and looked as if they’ve been spit on. Showers had mold on the ceiling. No soap in the dispensers. Shower handles were missing. Layout was nice after leaving the locker room. In my mind, first impression is a lasting impression. It felt dirty walking in and it felt dirty walking out of the place.

It's not a bad place to go it's older and could use some repairs. I'm not happy with the manager. Trying to get them to cancel my contract willing to pay all fines its been 2 week and nothing yet. Very unhappy with that.

Predatory Business PracticesI have been a member of Crunch Fitness since it was Idaho Athletic Club about 5 years ago. I had a credit card on file for my monthly membership fee. Due to fraud charges and a change in my credit card number the card on file quit working. Rather than notify me by phone, email, or snail mail that my account was delinquent Crunch Fitness chose to go straight to turning my balance due over to collection agency. I have several businesses' accounts on my credit card and this is the only business that used such a predatory business practices. Yes. I was legitimately late and delinquent, but had they made the effort to call, email me, or send a letter I would have paid my balance in full and provided my new credit card number to continue my membership. Now they have lost my business and I will not recommend them to anyone based on their poor customer service and horrible management. Also, I now know there are much better gyms at much lower cost. I feel no remorse at dumping Crunch Fitness.

I like my gym. It's not perfect but it doesn't need to be. It's a gym. As long as you know why you show up to gym, you don't need be upset over small issues (example: gym not being clean enough). I recommend people avoid giving low reviews. There are other gyms they can try. No need to look like bunch of "Karen's". Smile and be happy. -Artoun

This is my stomping ground I love the staff here and this is where I hulk smash and get my flex and pump on. I love to strut and commando because that's what alphas do lol. I enjoy their dry sauna and all their amenities I think my tan is getting tan. Hoorah to all the great employees thanks for keeping the place clean and being friendly and letting me tear it up on the weight floor with my pump.

The staff and trainers get 5 stars, the owners of this broken down dump get zero and frankly you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. It is hotter inside than it is outside but, why fix the A/C (or the pool, hot tub, various repeatedly broken machines) when you can take peoples money and do nothing as ALWAYS ? Complete lack of integrity
