Not a bad gym for the area.Pros-not over crowded-most of your necessary equipment needs-staff is friendly-not very expensive-low downed equipment (from what I've seen)-plenty of cleaning bins to use-tanning-water massage chairsCons- staff could use proper training on specific things- missing some standard equipment (most notably a primary calves machine/trap machine)-dont get the towel package, it never works, and they don't seem to be motivated to fix it.-they have almost no safety clips. I highly recommend bringing your own

The gym was decent, but in March called in and canceled my membership because I decided to go another direction. Just now got a letter from a collections agency saying that I owe them over $350!My advise, NEVER give this company your business! Someday when you want to leave, you will regret it!

I’ve been going to this gym for years... I will not be renewing my membership... it’s absolutely disgusting.... The bathrooms are worse then the public facilities in multiple third world countries I’ve lived in... I have spoke up multiple times to staff, which there is always 2-4 standing around talking to each other or on their phones not doing anything... They did throw some air fresheners on top of the mold, urine and feces. Literally mold, urine, feces and blood throughout the facility. This facility is a Petri dish of Staph, E.coli, Mold and Hepatitis... I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone unless they are looking to write a thesis in the field of microbiology.

Extremely disappointed in every Crunch facility I visited in the Boise, Meridian, Nampa area. As stated in other reviews the people at the front desk spend more time with their head stuck in the telephone than greeting the customers. Literally was never greeted as a member for four months. The personal trainer that I paid for was weak at best and no showed on one of the occasions. Also when you try to cancel, good luck can’t speak to anybody, took two emails, two phone calls and finally an email to corporate. Still not sure they’ll quit taking money out of my account! Their are many other better options in this Valley. Don’t waste your time or money!

The first thing that struck me about this gym is that you would have no idea that we're at the apex of a pandemic. I was the only person(among the staff and patrons) wearing a mask. As far as I could tell it felt like business as usual -- …

Good selection of weights and machines for the price. I also love that it's not packed like Axiom. There is hardly ever anyone there which is nice. The temp is way too hot for about three months of hell during the summer. It is kept at about 76 degrees June-August. The International Fitness Association suggests that weight-training rooms are kept at approximately 65 to 68 degrees. I have worked out at a lot of different gyms throughout the states and internationally and never had a gym be so hot. That being said, as long as you can make it through those couple months during the summer it's great.

ANOTHER BAD CANCELLATION REVIEW! Terrible experience! After I called and canceled they continued to charge me. When I called to ask them why and what happened they were rude and gave me misinformation. They told me it never got cancelled because the person I talked to got fired. I emailed to make sure my membership got canceled and tell what happened, and the manager said his employees wouldn’t do that and argued rudely. My year contract was over and they were charging me $50 a month following. I wouldn’t recommend or go back. Wish I looked at the reviews before signing up for this gym. All bad reviews have to do with them charging you time and time again after you cancel. Bad customer service and the place was dirty alllllll the time.

This gym has taken a serious turn for the worst. I was a member with IAC, and absolutely LOVED everything about the facility. I have recently returned as a member and it is so sad to see how poorly the facility is being maintained. I have only been back for a week, and if things don't get any better, I will be canceling my membership. The lack of Wifi is annoying, and the equipment/ free weights/ pulley machines/ smith machines are falling apart. One of the smith machines is hardly usable due to its inability to move up and down freely. Each time I have been, two or three pulley machines have broken cables, and there is a very limited amount of attachments to use on the pulley machines. The free weights are a disaster and very unorganized. Also no one seems to think that they need to re-rack their plates. On top of that, the cleaning wipes have all been empty for the past week, and when that is your only option to clean equipment, you know that nothing is getting cleaned. I wouldn't be surprised if a staph infection was wandering around the facility. If management doesn't think it is important to keep the wipes stocked, I highly doubt that they have their employees out on the floor cleaning the equipment to make up for the lack of wipes. The only positive things about this club are the new cardio equipment, and a handful of the weight machines are new. I am hoping that they are slowly working on replacing all of the worn out equipment- if not, they have a high chance of people getting injured while trying to use poor equipment.Update- this gym still sucks,.I ended up canceling my membership on June 14th.I filled out all of the paperwork with whomever was at the front desk.I still continue to get charged each month for my membership. I have called each time and can't ever speak with anyone of importance to fix the issue. I have tried emailing with no success. They now owe me $63 for charging for three months after I cancelled my membership.

They won’t let you try out the facility just try to force you into a membership. When I explained I had a couple of gym memberships already and was eager to try the somewhat newly acquired Crunch formally Idaho Athletic Club I wasn’t even given a tour. I was offered rates and enrollment fees and no trial. Being a minority I’m not sure if it was race thing or not but I’ll never recommend this place. The facility looks nice but employees lack customer service and sales training.

The gym itself is great. There are a vast selection of machines that are almost always in working order, and are kept quite clean. My problem with the gym however, is the inability of the staff to open the gym on time consistently. …
