The gym itself is great. There are a vast selection of machines that are almost always in working order, and are kept quite clean. My problem with the gym however, is the inability of the staff to open the gym on time consistently. …

I went here for years and I didn’t want to change gyms, but moving closer to another gym made the decision easier for me. It really needs some makeover updates and the locker rooms are pretty run down. They took several machines out and didn’t replace them. The machines they do have I feel like are broken pretty frequently. They used to have mostly helpful staff, but when closing my account I had a girl up front who wasted both our time. She kept saying “come back tomorrow and talk to the manager” instead of just initially saying “I’m new I’m sorry I don’t know how to do that” so we wasted 20 minutes with that conversation. I’ve worked customer service, I get it if you’re new, but giving the brush off the way she did initially came off as not wanting to do her job until she finally informed me she was a new employee. After that, closing my account was pretty easy and it has been both times I’ve had to. I think with some improvements of the building and happier staff it could be a lot better down the road. They added tanning beds and some new machines since Crunch took over and there’s a pretty decent sized weight-room and lots of space to workout in the building. They have some decently priced memberships as well.

Pretty good spot to get your pump at. Usually not too busy around 4:30-6 or so during the week, weekends not crazy busy either. What really makes this gym nice is the people that workout here, always polite and ask before just working in or taking equipment. The staff is generally nice. I would like to see the addition of a lying leg curl machine though.

They went under some major renovations from Idaho Athletic Club. The basketball court is now a CrossFit area, this is my favorite! Staff is very welcoming. The huge mirror in the free weight section is nice to have, especially when it gets busy. Lots of space to do your workout. Membership fee is fair, $15 for basic. My only complaint is cleanliness. This place gets gross. It should be routine to ensure equipment is placed back to its original location at the end of each night, trash is picked up and every machine is sanitized or at least wiped down. I've picked up empty water bottles and wipes near machines that's sat there for over a week.

Actually hard to compare since it was my first fitness center to observe in many years. Staff was wonderful and answered my many questions. The place was well used and that showed. I was considering using my Silver Sneakers program there and overall I was pleasantly surprised that Crunch knew all about it and explain everything I wanted to know about their unified programs. I will activate my membership there within a month to tone up for this summer.

Hands down my favorite place to work out. I have Peak Plus and love that I am able to use the tanning beds, hydro massage, and that I am able to bring a guest. My favorite time to go is at night because I'm always greeted with a friendly …

A good facility overall. The staff is friendly and I've enjoyed coming here for the last few months. The showers are not the best though, and there is somewhat limited free space for working out. They have a good assortment of kettle bells and free weights. I would recommend to others looking for a cheap gym in the area.

There are two major issues with this gym. The first is the general upkeep if the facility. The showers are dirty, the kid's room is where people go to get sick and the pool and jacuzzi have significant scum build up.Secondly, they have serious issues with billing. I did a personal training 3 month package and gym membership. Two months after my gym membership was over, they started charging my debit card for personal training at $400 per month again. After speaking with management, I was assured that it would be taken care of. I called in and went in in person while it "processed". They ended up charging me for two additional months. I ended up filling a claim with my bank because they wouldn't actually give me a refund.
