I love coming to crunch because of the great classes! It really feels like a family there and Katie is always so prepared and works us hard! She has great music, and makes exercising so fun!

This gym is laid out well. The fitness equipment has a perfect balance of space to work out, including the stretch room and the Crossfit room.

I signed up in February to do Zumba with a friend. We asked about Zumba and it was Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning. We asked to do monthly in case that changed and he said no it would never change.First I have to say the place is not very clean but I overlooked the fact that the window sill had gum on it for over a month. So that’s not being clean too offer. Then in April they canceled Zumba on Fridays and replaced it with a different dance class that’s only 1/2 hour and doesn’t even raise your heart rate. So most of us left and go to Meridian even though it’s a lot further. Great teacher btw!!!Then recently the room has been very hot that we work out in. The thermostat isn’t even hooked up in the group exercise room. Several people have ask when the AC is going to be fix but nobody has an answer. Today a girl told me it’s been that way for 2 years and they will never fix it!So I called today and they said oh they’ll fix it they just don’t know when because Tom hasn’t been in. He also said all the crunch gyms have AC problems so it will be a while.Well I’m not interested in working out in a sauna and it’s not even hot out yet so it looks like I’ll have to go somewhere else.Pretty sad they don’t take better care of the place and their customers.

Been working with coach Nate now for over 4 weeks at the Maple Grove location. Personal training so far has been the best decision I have ever made for my health. In just one month I've seen improvements in my strength, form, knowledge of exersizes and stretches, and even some small but noticeable gains. 100% worth the investment!

I have been a regular at this gym for almost two years now.The facilities are more than adequate for the price of the entry membership. With plenty of free-weights, machines, racks, and cardio equipment the options available to meet a variety of fitness goals are here. The downstairs space is a huge plus for people looking for CrossFit-like training. I've read other reviews about cleanliness issues, and while it's never perfect, a lot of posts confuse the Black Eagle location with the State Street location. Yes, that one is a straight-up mess.Staff here are some of the friendliest around and are happy to help to the best of their ability. They are not aggressive about trying to sell you another product or membership, but if you do need something, there is almost always someone around to assist. Just about every time I go in I see personal trainers doing their thing with clients. To improve, the owners of the Crunch locations should take a look at the wet spaces and locker rooms of their location. They need work.

Gym has improved a LOT over the past few months. Way cleaner and much better service. Offers a ton of help in reaching your fitness goals and has a lot of options in machinery and classes.

I personally like how kind & laid back all the employees are that I've talked to. It's not the cleanest place but I usually just stick to one area so I don't mind it, I suppose. My only complaint is there's been quite a few times where they've opened anywhere from 30-45 minutes late, kind of inconvenient when I only have so much time in the morning.

VERY dishonest company. Don't do business with these people, they will rip you off every chance they get.
