Great place to come in relax and very cheap to access their pool and spa area.

Once the steam room and elevator are fixed, this will be a 5 star rating.

Did a walkthrough last night (Jan 28th, 2023). The steam room is broken again -- waiting on parts since mid December. I counted 4+ treadmills/machines not working, also since mid December (with signs on them). The tiny locker rooms were trashed as usual. Dirty towels laying all over the floor and hanging on open locker doors. It just looks like nobody cares here. I have been a member here in the past (a few years ago) and as much as I love the location and smaller club feel, I just can't be a member of a gym with such old equipment and so much broken stuff all the time. I really wish the hotel would somehow co-invest more in this, as on a "quality and maintenance of the facility" metric, it's FAR below where a hotel guest paying the Grove rates would expect. Such a cool space and location and it's just always "barely acceptable".

When I lived in Boise and worked at CenturyLink I received a discounted membership through my health and wellness program. Sadly I moved away but chose this hotel location when I am in town, just to revisit this faculty. Extremely clean and well kept fitness club. All of their machines and equipment are state of the art. I only came for the steam room and pool, but can vouche for every aspect of this business. I am not sure if it's the same owner of the hotel, but hats off to whoever runs this place. They have too much to offer for me to say in this measly review, I highly recommend visiting their website to see everything they have to offer. I'll be back, again and again.

Great gym with a sauna and steam room. If you're staying at the Grove hotel this is a go to place to workout or relax.

Small but nice gym. Should be everything most people need for a decent workout. Very clean workout areas and kind employees but bathroom/locker room had a strong urine odor. In any case, views are great and make it feel bigger than it is. I'll be back for sure.

My masseuse Dena was amazing, not just an excellent relaxing massage but great techniques to break up some tight fascia in my back and she also stretched and eased the pain in my tennis elbow and taught me a stretching technique to help it heal. I’ve never had a better massage anywhere in the country.

When visiting Bosie I try to book a massage at the Grove Spa because I always have a great experience. This time, I received a massage from Christopher and it was one of the best messages I've ever had. Definitely worth a visit especially for those with scoliosis. 👍👍👍👍👍 …

Christopher gave a great massage. He was very knowledgeable and paid attention to my needs. He really worked the kinks out.
