Overall super underwhelmed. I wish I didn't spend the money to stay. Valet was expensive, the hotel room itself was perfectly pleasant although it was hard to use the amenities. The signs say the pool is on the 4th floor, then you have to take the "spa and pool" elevator but it doesn't tell you which floor to take the elevator to. Not clear on how to get to the pool. I just gave up and went back to my room. Another thing that bummed me out is there was no complimentary bottled water. Also, they try to charge you for wifi. They have a complimentary connection but it is throttled down so much to promote you purchasing the higher speed for the night. Why not just stop throttling the original complimentary wifi. Little things like this make me wish I just stayed at super 8.

Melody and Alyssa are amazing. The people make the Spa/Gym and the staff at Grove Fitness is a step above. Don't take my word for it... come see for yourself. (free week to find out!) I encourage to take a personal training session with Larissa.

Everything was very nice and clean. The only problem is that you cannot control the customer and expect them to wipe down the machines. Too many people are accustomed to someone else cleaning up after them. I guess we all have to get in the habit of cleaning up after them or clean the machine before use. Funny story a young adult was at axiom one day and he did not wipe down his machine. I walked up to him after I cleaned it and I said to him " I tried contacting his mother to come and clean up after him but that I could not reach her, I then said, but don't worry about it, I cleaned it". He was very embarrassed and after that he cleaned his machines.

I love it. Everything is sufficient, and much cleaner these days. I appreciate the sets of kettle bells and that the spa/sauna are fully functioning. The staff is very friendly, and helpful.

I just love the Grove Gym. It’s always clean and hardly ever crowded! And the pool area is fabulous! And the staff has always been very friendly.

Small gym and some of the equipment were worn out and needed to be replaced. But despite that it is a small gym, there is enough equipment and it wasn't packed at all when I was working out there. Staff was nice as well.

Good equipment, nice pool, small locker rooms. Staff is always very helpful and taking the stairs is a good warm-up.

The staff was super competent and nice. The facilities dated, and worn, although clean. We were there for a couples massage and the facilities were just too awkward and dated. They are not set up to be considered a spa. They didn't have robes, or slippers (but the staff scurried to get robes). No locks provided for the locker room. To get to the dry sauna you had to walk through the fitness club, and the room was so small it felt like a converted closet. 4 stars because the massage was good and staff was awesome, 3 if I was judging off the "spa" experience as a whole.

This was the first facial I had in a very long time. I wanted to have some time for myself as working in the medical field during COVID craziness is stressful. My skin needed pampering. Tia was absolutely amazing! She was very thorough with understanding my skin type and ask several questions before hand. Something that I very much appreciate. Although I don’t have sensitive skin my skin does react differently to different types of products. Each and every step that she did she explained what was happening and the product that she was using. She asked several times if I was uncomfortable and if at any point to please let her know. At no point was I uncomfortable or did not feel total relaxation during my facial. My skin looked absolutely radiant when she was done. I had The Signature Grove Facial and although I live in Eugene Oregon I will fly there to get this done by her again!! On a sidenote she did my eyebrows which I had never had done and they look amazing tons of compliments on my skin and my facial contouring. Thank you so much for your professionalism and warm, caring nature.

Horrible "spa" experience... The massage experience was the worst & the people were so unorganized and had no idea what was going on. The lady was extremely clumsy and her bad breath was in my face the entire massage. The facial was ok. The mani/pedi took 2.5 hours, they didn't offer the steam room, and the mud wrap was a waste of time. Just don't do it. It's nothing like the website makes it seem.
