I LOVE THIS GYM! It’s unique, and it has a sauna. I lift weights here mostly. Sometimes, there are groups of people here that take up all the benches but it hasn’t been a major issue.

I had a phenomenal 90 minute deep tissue massage with Pennie. She was absolutely perfect. She checked in on pressure frequently. Used a great combination of strokes across a large muscle group as well as targeted pressure on triggers. She listened to me and responded with absolute care and even a passion and compassion for me as a client. I wish I lived closer, I would make her a regular part of my self care. If you are visiting or live in Boise, consider yourself blessed to be able to schedule care with her!

Terribly run gym! Always dirty and opening up late. Also, there are swim lessons given here so if you love screaming children while you’re trying to work out and enjoy what you pay for this place is for you. This gym is third party to the Grove hotel so they have no say in how horribly it’s run.

We had an amazing last minute scheduled 30 minute neck/back massage with a very nice man. We can't remember his name, but incredible work. To his credit, he used a blind cane and might be partially blind, and that must be why he is so amazing at massage!!

Cody is the best employee there. he is friendly and always cleaning. You need to invest in a couple great spin bikes. They don't need to be Pelotons, but something like that.
