Worst mani/pedi experience I have had. My gel manicure is like thick globs of paint with all kinds of bumps in it. My nail beds were ruined and I have a bunch of painful hangnails now. My pedicure polish must have been low quality because whenever I wear shoes with socks, the heat warms up the polish and it sticks to my socks and leaves a mark on my nails, even days later! It was not a very professional environment and I am so unhappy with the quality of the service. Very surprised the grove is allowing this level of service in their hotel. Very unhappy that I paid for nails to look this bad.

Nice, clean, well maintained, friendly staff. The only down side is the small size of it but this seems to be an issue with any gym in Downtown Boise. The locker room space is very limited as well. I went to several different facilities and this one seemed the right fit for me.

Fantastic spa service. There was a scheduling mishap, and manager Melody was able to move things around and fixed the problem. Then I lost my watch, the technician returned it to the spa desk, where Melody personally mailed it to me. Thank you very much! Will be back :)Fitness center was also great. Has everything you need. I joined in the noon fitness session group - 4 people doing short circuit workouts. It pushed me hard and it was fun.

Well-equipped for both regulars and travelers, the Grove FCS offers a plethora of fitness equipment for any type of gym-goer. As a fitness-enthusiast staying at the Grove Hotel, I was pleasantly-surprised to see they even had a squat rack! In my time traveling, it's rare that a hotel-affiliated gym offers anything beyond basic free weights and maybe a machine or two at best. But this location offers a comprehensive suite of free weights, machines, and a smith machine and squat rack for those who need them. Before I arrived in the Boise-area, I was doing extensive searching for the most well-equipped gyms to pay for a week's membership during my stay in the city. But it looks like the Grove came through, and made my life much less complicated! Staff was friendly enough, and the gym is free for Grove guests!

Worst... and I’m nice. So I booked a package for a massage and pedicure because I was low on time and needed both done, but could have gone to another place if they were booked. They finished my massage and Then notified me my nail tech was booked incorrectly and couldn’t fit me in. So I wasted my time and over priced massage money on my day off. I’ll stick with my professionals.

Fitness center was great for a hotel! Staff was nice but on her phone while we were talking to her. We had a massage and a facial scheduled and the esthetician didn’t show up for the facial. The locker room was cold and dark. Not nice and not relaxing. Spa room was small and no robes were provided. We ended up cancelling our appointment as soon as we saw the spa and the spa area. Very disappointing.

I had an utterly amazing day at the Spa!My mother and I visited in honor of my birthday we received body scrubs, facials and massages all of which were amazing. Misha pays amazing attention to detail and is expertly experienced in her field I couldn't say enough about how impressed I am with her facial. Sam was amazing and thorough with our sugar scrub and very kind. Our massages from Holly and Zach eliminated all stress and reminded us what a life changer a proper massage can be. We will absolutley be back with my sister, our soon Bride-to-be and I'm and so confident that they will make everything perfect. Definitely check it our for yourself you will not be dissapointed!

Got a couples massage with my wife for her birthday. It was an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and professional and the gym facilities looked up to date. The pool area is nice and comes with everything. They even have swimming classes for my 6 year old. I'll definitely be going back.

I love working out here! The trainers are very personable and make workouts fun and catered to your fitness goals, and their spa is beyond compare. The staff is friendly, easy to work with and makes it easy to relax.

I joined the Grove Fitness Club last February and immediately loved the atmosphere as well as the friendly and helpful staff members. Although Grove isn't the size of some of larger chain gyms, it has all of the equipment a person needs to pursue his or her fitness goals (whatever they may be).For the past six weeks, I've been working with one of Grove's personal trainers, Jacob Clifton. I was completely blown away by his willingness to always go the extra mile for his clients. He asked about my personal fitness goals and tailor-made engaging, challenging, and (most of all) effective sessions. Although I spend the same amount of time each week at the gym, I've seen more impressive results over the past month of training than I did from the prior six months. Above all, working with Jacob has helped me gain a sense of confidence that is starting to show in all areas of my life. Jacob takes absolute joy in seeing his clients progress; I would say that's a major reason he's so effective as a trainer.
