I don't know how to describe the massage I got from Christopher Williams other than to say, it was the MOST relaxing, deep tissue massage I have ever received in my 47 years. If you have ever had a deep tissue massage, you know that a "relaxing deep tissue massage" is an oxymoron. I have been suffering from migraines for a while now due to stress and tension. WALKED OUT HEADACHE FREE with pointers on how to help prevent them in the future.

Great massage. Nice facility with pool, sauna, large jacuzzi. Didn't use the exercise equipment, but looked like there was a good selection of machines and weights.

My massage with Meisha was amazing! She really knows her stuff. She's great at treating ailments AND helping a person to relax. I will most certainly be coming back!

This is for Meisha.Meisha is my "go to" for helping with muscle and joint pain. She has a wonderful touch (firm, which I need and enjoy) and always listens to the feedback I provide. Meisha has always shown compassion, expertise, and is one of the best I've ever had for massage. Always ask for Meisha. You be very glad you do.

This gym is awesome! I love how quiet it is. Almost like you have a personal gym! Very clean and has the best hot tub, with a great view.

The entire faculty was very professional, especially Melody who went above and beyond actually... Thanks for the help, you guys. The consultation with the aesthetician was my favorite part, I can't wait to see her next Tuesday 😇😇😇 …

I called right when they opened on a Sunday morning, asking if they had time for a massage. They booked me immediately! The atmosphere was clean & friendly, the masseuse was the nicest women, and the massage was heavenly! She listened to exactly what I asked for, had great pressure, and I almost fell asleep multiple times. I have & will continue to recommend the grove fitness club to my friends and family!

Received a couples massage which was very good. However, very upset that a mandatory gratuity was added to my final bill without being disclosed to me because I had already provided even more as a tip than what was added.I looked at the receipt from the Grove Hotel and there are two line items for fitness center tips on it. Whoever is responding to this is a liar because the hotel and fitness center apparently are not as separate as you are stating. And they were not voluntary, when I asked if they could be removed, the person at the front desk said they were required!

The massage was great but......As for "the spa," I was 100% disappointed. I went in thinking I would enter a relaxing spa type space with trickling water, fancy water, or offer of champagne.....no. You take a rickety elevator to the gym where people are actively working out, and there is a "sitting area" of a few chairs and a water machine in the gym for the spa clients. The front desk for the "spa" is in the gym. Nothing fancy here. They said they will offer you a robe so you can go into the sauna/steam, but its part of the gym with other people. OH, and i think that you have to ask for the robe downstairs at the hotel front desk and take it up with you.If you are looking to be pampered, look elsewhere.
