It got the job done, I guess, for a day pass. The manager couldnt really be bothered to show me around for the day pass to show me exactly what I was paying for. I assume because I said I was just a guest. But whatever. Kinda run down inside.

This is a great gym - nice big space and great equipment. My only complaint is that the sauna needs to be hotter - a good sauna should leave you dripping, this one is not quite there.

Today, one of my client's mentioned that a personal trainer here showed her 3 images of women and asked "what type of body do you want?". Just because a client wants a certain body does not mean they can attain it. Especially (and most likely) not in a healthy or sustainable way (physically, mentally, or monetarily). Please just provide exercise guidance based off of general health goals and do not suggest that a certain aesthetic can be attained. This is wrong. Thank you.

I was a member of BSC prior to the pandemic. I tried to call and cancel my membership in April 2020 but no one returned my calls, so I emailed a cancellation request and my card was not charged after my email was sent. I never received a reply to my email. In January of 2022, my card was charged again for a membership I cancelled almost two years ago. I did not receive any communication that this would happen. I replied to my original cancellation email to flag this but did not receive a reply. I have disputed charges with the bank and put a block on future charges from BSC.I am very disappointed in with the communication and fraudulent activity. I will not be returning to BSC.

I have been a member for 2 years and I had to cancel my membership because of a charge dispute. I gave them my 30 day notice to cancel my PT but they’re saying that they don’t recall it ever happening. So I’m getting a charged an additional $380.

Got a day pass while in Boston for Christmas. Gym was a great size and plenty of powerlifting equipment for me to use while out of my normal gym. The gentleman working the front desk was amazing and extremely helpful. Don’t understand all the negative reviews, stop by.

I used to be a BSC member before the pandemic and they closed the one near me so I decided to try this location at the Pru. Their 5 day pass program is a joke and the front desk people are so disorganized. Apparently my pass expired earlier than they communicated and they wasted my trip there. Wouldn’t let me workout even though it was their mistake. Instead, the guy tried selling me on an overpriced gym membership. Equipment is old and the space is small… no thanks.
