I was going around trying explore new gym memberships. I was offered a 5 day trial to the Boston sports club prudential location. I get their and they explain that the trial is not a thing, however they aknowledged that their company did send them out. They explained their gym is not accepting guests, and my trial ends before the date in which that will happen. I knew the company was bad but knew they were changing management so gave it a shot. Never again.

Do not share your personal contact information with them. They leave constant unsolicited voicemails. Also, for the price of their memberships you'd think they would have less worn out equipment. Not a great look having to be forced by the Mass attorney general to pay back over $120,000 in membership fees they wrongfully charged.Update: I have called BSC to cancel their unsolicited voicemail advertisements and was assured I would be removed from the list. I was not and have since reported them to the FCC.

Extremely poor business practices. As others have noted, they required an in-person or letter sent during the pandemic even though the clubs were closed. The manager at the front desk was extremely rude to me when I went to get a refund on the 4 months I'd been charged and cancel my membership. I was told they were not able to refund me because I had not put in a request to cancel even though there was no one there during the pandemic...He told me he had to put in a "request for membership cancellation" and he would know if it was processed within 72 hours. I am out over $100 and have bills to pay and as a student I find this to be extremely frustrating. I also have many friends who had to change their cards in order for the gym to stop charging them. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Prudential is one of the better locations. Large and clean. Lots of nice showers in the ladies locker room. No pool but yes sauna!

They are unprofessional. They don't allow you to cancel your membership, and they will always charge you more. If you can't go to PI for certain reason, they still charge for it. And they don't give you refund. Trash. Don't go.

Other than the convenient location, the club has little to offer. If you like to work out in an overly crammed gym, showers with fruit flies, and locker rooms with a constant stench, join this club. Leaving for another gym.

The facility is what you'd expect for the price. 1 star because to cancel they charged me 45 days' worth of membership fees plus a cancellation fee on top of that. None of that was reviewed during my sign-up process, and it doesn't seem fair to charge for services that I won't be able to use over that 45-day period.

All you have to do is read the news on the 3+ class action and federal lawsuits against BSC (TSI) and the statements from the Mass. attorney general threatening them to know how horribly this place is run.... along with many others, have personally been dealing with them completely disregarding my requests to cancel for weeks while they continue to charge me. They blatantly manipulate and exploit their members- it's absolutely disgraceful.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! If you have the slightest bit of interest in signing up for this gym, do not do it. You cannot cancel your membership - Their phone lines are down, they don't look at their emails, they will "lose" your letters. If you go in person, they won't get a manager. If you get a manager, they will pretend to cancel your membership but will continue to charge you. This is a company on the verge of bankruptcy and is sucking every last penny out of its remaining members. Unless you are looking to empty your bank account through fraudulent charges, do not join this gym under any circumstances.

They make it extremely difficult to cancel a membership. Apparently I need to send in a certified letter via mail, and can't cancel over the phone. Frankly, this is ridiculous in 2019. Please update this policy.PLease read other reviews re: the condition of the gym / crowded-ness - I won't retype it out here, but others have summarized very accurately.
