I can completely understand the parking issues. This location has only 21 parking spots which includes with VITA apartment residents.One of the worst location not to workout peacefully with several issues at this PF.District manager Carlos, branch manager Romeo are failed to accomplish their duties at this location.No matter what you need to wait for barbell machine and other workout equipments for anytime. Club is not even cleaned properly and most of the time no hand soap for hand wash in restroom area.* Keeping the signs in front “CLEAN EQUIPMENT AFTER EVERY USE” - this club not even doing minimal sanitation for months. There’s no use if you inform to front desk which is terrible specially with morning staff.This gym hours 5-11 am on weekdays, 7-7am on weekends. In a week at least once they fails to open the gym on time. If you ask them simply they will excuses. One day they didn’t even open the gym until 5:30 am which was hilarious.I have informed WATER isn’t working two weeks ago and I got weird reply from the employee stated that “WE ARE NOT INTO MAINTENANCE ISSUES HERE, YOU NEED TO SPEAK WITH OTHER PERSON” what’s does it mean. I thought not every employee is professional and friendly here.- Black card members can’t use the equipment without facing any repair issues with lounge because it never works properly, they don’t even care about the customers.- Location has four showers, two weren’t working from last two months. Please see the pictures I have attached, has water worms in showers, this is how they sanitizes.- Basic need for everyone is water, which isn’t working last two weeks. Location staff and district manager simply mentioning they did their job. Other locations when water isn’t working they provide water bottles to the customers for free of cost. This location is charging every customer for water since last two weeks. If you say some issue to the employees or manager they not even show any interest to listen to the customers. This is one of the worst customer service experience from this location which isn’t really great from everyone in this club.- Some of the employees are really nice and great the customers, some of them don’t even know that they working or standing at front desk watching their phones, just wearing a uniform. I never faced these kind of experiences at any other PF club.Carlos (District Manager) called after my survey submission. He isn’t even professional on phone with his customer. I got to know that, there’s no use to speak with him also realized that he is not professional as the same way of his team.*I hope the corporate closely keep an eye on this location to serve the local communities best in the area. I wish any regulatory or state sanitation checks this location to follow the state sanitation procedures in fitness center.

Amazing gym but i cancelled my membership as I never really came for a workout here. All the machines that I tried were working and in a clean condition. Parking could be a huge challenge as there is very little space in front of the gym

It's a very clean and relaxing atmosphere

I just want to give a special shout to Kendrick at the JP Planet Fitness!I came in exactly one month ago feeling defeated and ready to quit my membership. I walked to the front desk and, not knowing who he was, I asked to cancel. Before I could express why I wanted to quit, he rattled off all the reasons why I shouldn't and offered to help me as my personal trainer. Since my first day back not only has he been amazing helping me properly use the machines, adjust my form and encouraging me to push myself, but he'd always greet me with a smile and a high five and say "I'm proud of you!" just for coming in over and over again. He even introduced me to new friends that's kept me coming back and the results physically and emotionally has made this month the BEST month I've had so far this year. Thank you so much Kendrick for helping me reinvest in my health and being the best trainer I've ever had!

the ac doesn't work and its extremely hot in the weight/stretching area. it should be no reason for it to feel like i'm working out in a sauna. its hot outside and its damn near 80 degrees in the gym. ridiculous. dorchester is better and a lot colder in the weight room

Planet fitness has become a second home/office space for me; I go there to not only work on my physical health, but to work on my mental and emotional health! I’ve been with PF for a year and a half and I’ve seen a dramatic difference in my body.The most important component to my fitness journey is: Kendrick. He’s been the most active, loving, loyal, energetic, encouraging individual and trainer since I met him a few months ago. Between our first conversation about our personal lives and goals, I immediately realized that I’m not alone and it does take a village to help you grow and succeed but it first starts with you and I’m forever grateful for Kendrick!Thanks to him, and the other staff, I’ve built relationships with different people at PF and it feels so refreshing and rewarding.Thank you for everything you do to make PF a safe space

I was searching for a gym closest to home and seen that there was a planet fitness 10 mins walking distance from my home, When I first entered the gym the first thing I noticed was how clean it looked and the staff were very polite and had a smile on their face the whole time I was there. A staff member by the name of Jovana helped me sign up for the black card and she explained the membership classes in detail and didn't leave out no vital information (I didnt know there was a annual fee two months after you sign up but I am happy that I was informed about it before signing up!) the gym was SUPER clean and although I might of came in when it was rush hour I was surprised how clean it was with so much traffic at the time. Kudos to management and the the lovely staff for creating such a clean and friendly atmosphere! can't wait to be there later today for my monday workouts!

Very crowded at evenings, many people working out in the weight training area, and it's so tight, too many cardio equipments taking up a lot of space that's not in use. We went yesterday and couldn't get any leg machine, because they were all in use. And we checked crowd meter it was showing 5 bars out of 10 bars when it was so packed.

Recent changes to hours of operation stink

TERRIBLE GYM. why are we in 2023 and still cant cancel our membership online. 3rd world country system dont bother showing up
