It is disappointing to say that this Planet Fitness is in these conditions, totally dirty and even worse with the Covid pandemic that we are experiencing today, there is no soap to wash my hands, not to mention how dirty this place is, our security worth nothing for the administration of this place. At the time I went the gym was empty therefore there is no excuse. What a shame that this renowned chain is at this level at least here. They should close for a few days and attend to all the important details for the safety of all of us who use the gym.

Hello.I have noticed an oversight in the maintenance of the Planet Fitness gym on Washington Street. I have trained since its opening and have never looked so neglected as now. It is visible as the dust clothes all the machines and a general neglect of cleaning. The bathrooms and everything around is neglected and damaged machinery; urgent maintenance is required on the entire gymnasium campus.Please take action with it.Thank you!

The place is very small the equipment is very limited especially for legs.alot of wait time to use equipment especially the free weights, definitely not for the serious trainer it's also hard to find parking,but it is open 24 hours Mon-Thur and it's 5mnts from home,Definitely convenient when my other gyms are closed..

First time at a gym in a while and I walked in and it wasn't crows as I thought it was going to be, it was a quiet peaceful environment with everyone just doing them. Staff was friendly and everyone did their part in wiping down equipment before and after their workout. I spent an over an hour there and didn't even realize it. That's the environment I like working out in.

I walk in im greeted i do my routines place is small compare to others. Clean when i start and finish. Leave and staff always tell me thank you and have a good day. A place to get a nice work out for a low monthly fee.

The management at this place is horrible. I tried to get a refund for a membership that I didn’t even sign up for because I signed up for free trial which I never once went to the gym. In the manager seen in her computer that I have never been to the gym and still didn’t issue me a refund. It’s just very poor management
