Love this gym but disappointed to hear they won’t be opening until 5am now. A LOT of people come in the 3-5am window because they have to work early, and can’t come after work due to family life. They choose planet fitness for the 24 hour aspect and it’s going away. Unfortunate to lose good respectful customers.

Been a member since August 2022, after recently moving here from out of state. The staff is kind and does a good job with keeping up on cleanliness in restrooms and stocking cleaning stations. Machine repairs and cleanliness in workout area seems to be happening more consistently. Thanks!

BEWARE This company is completely FRAUD! Do not fall for their “promotional” rates. They have charged me over $200 INCORRECTLY when my membership was supposed to be at a promotional rate of $1/mo. They do not have a customer service number and their emails are non operating! You’re better off going to any other gym. DO NOT get a membership here!

Pretty small but equipment is newer and cleaner than at other Planet Fitnesses. There is also more variety of machines but less of each. The parking situation from what I saw was street parking only - I'm not sure if there was a parking lot behind, but most people parked on the street in the "2 hour limit" spots.

Planet Fitness makes you jump through hoops to cancel your membership, and will not respond to customer support requests involving membership cancellations. Absolutely disgusting.

Had a very off encounter with your manager today about the jump rope policy. I did not feel comfortable with Nina’s delivery which made me leave the establishment. I’m never stepping foot back there.

This place was fantastic, I always find a spot to park. I remember like 4 months ago, I used to see at least 2 staff members cleaning, replacing rolls of paper, adding hand-sanitizer, it was marvelous. Now I have to visit a few cleaning station to get some paper towel to clean the machines. Underneath the weight rack, there's plenty of dust and in the men bathroom there's an "Out of Order" hand dryer which has been ignored since last November. According to their temp. sign, it will be fixed quickly.
