Customer Services is excellent the equipment is clean music is good I just enjoy the fitness center soooooo much

Barely any space to do floor work - I was worried about dropping weights on people’s feet as they walked around me. There’s the one 360 station with battle rope and pull up bars that is always occupied, no areas for free barbell deadlifts, squats, bench press etc, only smith machines.But if you love cardio, 70% of the space is cardio equipment with maybe 20% in use.

Two workers were really kind and helpful when I had my first Karen experience here with another gym member. The two ladies helped me deal with the ridiculous woman who told me I was “taking too long” at a work out machine and would stand in front of me staring as I tried to continue working out. The two ladies dealt with the situation in a professional manner. Thank you to them!

Very professional atmosphere, clean, great customer service.

I like this PF site, though it's a lot smaller than my old home PF back in Rockwall,Tx. Staff are friendly, clean, and have cleaning stations at our convenience. The bathroom is pretty spacious with showers and stalls to get dressed in. I utilize my black card to the fullest with their Spa section, I love the hydro beds, lol. Also, I love the fact that they are a 24/7 location throughout the week. Only dislike that it's not that big.

I love this gym! It's very clean, it has a great variety of equipment, and the staff is really friendly.

The first thing you notice when you go into any place of business is customer service and the pleasantries that they should give out. The receptionist at the front desk, who goes by the name Gigi, lacks all that is needed in customer service. The attitude and bad energy that is given off is so unprofessional and show a lack of concern on that gym when it's addressed to management and nothing is done. The manager, Carlos, has been made aware of the lack of courtesy, professionalism, and the disrespect that his employee displays, but there seems to be no coaching, job performance review, or anything done to rectify the situation because the behavior is still the same. If you want to go to a gym to workout with peace of mind and good energy, I urge you to think twice about this gym. Your money and membership will be appreciated somewhere else where you can get the service and peace of mind that you deserve. Your outside attitude should not carry over into your atmosphere at your place of employment and unfortunately that seems to be the norm here.

This gym is extremely clean, equipment is always kept in working condition, and the customer service is fantastic. Every person I have interacted with that works here is wonderful- Nay, Gigi, and Joshua always go above and beyond to make this gym a welcoming place. 10/10 highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid gym with awesome people.
