They allow you to sign up online but you cant cancel online nowhere online it says that very inconvenient when I decide to get another membership at a gym it won't be with them nowhere on your website do I see policy about cancelation

Columbia Heights Planet Fitness gym is great. Men's room is good. It looks like bathroom and showers are well checked to ensure there's nothing wrong or filthy about it.

I was having an issue with my payment and I called and spoke with Jack, the Team Lead for the Columbia Heights location but he was so friendly and helpful.The only issue I had was that when I called to talk to the billing department for Planet Fitness, they gave me a phone number for the Columbia Heights location; however, when I called the number it was out of service; I got the number from the Planet Fitness website since I was already on that page and it was the same number so when I tried to call again it was still out of service Apparently they have the wrong phone number on their website and at their billing department. Googling Planet Fitness in Columbia Heights gave me the correct phone number.

Okay, I typically don’t share stuff but,ATTENTION ATTENTION !!!DO NOT LEAVE KEYS IN THE LOCKER, someone broke into the locker and took my wife’s car keys and threw the jacket in the garbage. This persons intention was to steal the car. But luckily my fiancé didn’t drive there and I was carrying my keys around the gym. Other wise i would have lost my car keys as well and a car. SO WATCH OUT, DONT LEAVE KEYS IN THE LOCKER ROOM.

I enjoy planet fitness 💯% but this place in Columbia heights is Nasty! It only took 5 mins which I was impressed that my ear buds got stolen while I took a shower. These pics are just a few that they pound the message on there t.v.s on how to be "cleansidarste" I brought this up to the crystal location manager at first I was cool about it but when the manager blew me off I did lose my cool but prior to me losing my cool the only solution was to cancel my membership nothing else. I was outraged to that was his only solution nevertheless water under the bridge I'm over it. I would encourage everyone to loving support the staff who do get paid peanuts to clean up a smigin! Horrible customer service, unsanitary, the one at Northtown Mall is way better quality! Lied and said i threatened them which was not true at all, and tried to have me black balled from all other planet fitness's when their employee is the one that was disrespectful to me first! They're horrible and treat people horribly! They lie and do not hold a good standard to what they say, they noted in my account that i called 4/9 and that i was going to have my people come up there (all lies) First of all i called 4/12 to see if my account was still active and the employee i spoke to was very rude I never called on 4/9 or threatened anyone, after she was rude to me i said " that's why you make $12 an hour" (i don't even know how much she makes) and hung the phone up. I did not threaten them at all or anything. They got so mad from my comment that they made up lies banning me from all planet fitness saying i threatened them. Do not go to this location! They allow their employees to be rude and disrespectful and when you say anything back they retaliate in the most hateful way!!! In response to the message they left under my comment, i did ask to speak to the manager and that's when i was told to not call the gym anymore!

Friendly staff, clean club, clean & well maintained equipment, usually very quiet even when there are numerous people present. For the most part, as per club rules, people stay off their phones (voice and video) while on the floor and in the women's locker room. PF could push a reminder to member's apps reminding them of this policy.

The parking lot is always dirty, and the parking stalls lines are non-existent. Tanning booths are left unsanitized after use. I've had moments when the booth was not clean, and there was no staff to inform about the dirty tanning booths. I have noticed that the gym floor has been cleaner with the shift to new management in September 2021. The staff is friendly and seems to care more about the facility; however, there is always room for improvement. Lastly, looking at the past reviews, I saw the owner replying to reviews and instructing folks to reach out to PF management with any other concerns. Most of the things I bring up to them don't get a fix, so what's the use?Overall, a good gym for 20 bucks a month; keep your hand sanitizer nearby.

I joined this gym because both the LA Fitness and Xperience Fitness at Northtown Mall closed. I kept on hearing about how PF is not a "bodybuilding" gym, but I beg to differ. You can gain a ton of muscle using only machines. Also they do have free weights as well as 4 Smith machines. This location has an awesome cable machine set up which is great for building arms, traps, lats, shoulders, etc. without risk of injury. The staff are friendly and this place is squeaky clean. If you live in or around Heights, this is as good as it gets.

Everything is awesome. I really enjoy working out. I like that people are just trying to do the same thing... working out and feeling good. There is such a variety of people, it's a place to go to work out if it's your first time. There is nobody that's intimidating. All ages and types of people.😀 …
