Long story short I have been trying to cancel my membership for 5 months now. I went in person as they please - The male with tattoos and a hat supposedly canceled my membership but never did. I called 5 times and the GM even said I didn't have an active have a membership at their location vs elsewhere. In which, I went to the location they said got it canceled then comes out I was still active here.I know exactly what happened and both GM and the employee wont admit fault. I worked for PF for 5 years I know the system, all POS we all do! They activated an old membership at a different location and never canceled my current one. How hard is it to admit a mistake... Who's going to give my dues back???After all, I will say thank you to the AGM whom did their job and squared everything out!Make sure if you ever cancel to receive a confirmation email or someone who knows their job.

This place takes pride in everything they do. Management always has a smile on their face, the place is always clean, and the assistance whenever I have a question is unmatched. This Planet Fitness is a bit farther for me, but I absolutely love coming to this one for the employees and management. Thank you!

(I would rate 0 stars if I could.)This location is a complete joke, I got approval from one of their team members. For me to be able to come inside without the main account holder. We have the black card, we pay $24.99 a month. We only use some machines and don’t use the other tanning, drinks, and all those perks that come with it. Today April 17, 2022. I came in and the manager pulled me out and didn’t let me come in. We each pay 12.50 each. This isn’t a way to treat your customers by having them sign up for a subscription and later not let one of them in.

I've had memberships at a lot of gyms. Planet Fitness is definitely the most bang for your buck. There's multiple facilities throughout the twin cities and each one is a little bit different but all of them feature everything you'd ever need to reach your fitness goals whatever they may be. If you opt for the PF Black Card you get total gym access including the massage chairs and tanning booths/beds. It's really worth it even if you dont go everyday or even just twice a week you won't feel like you're throwing tons of $$ away. Cheapest membership fees I've ever had to pay. The app tells you how busy it is at any given time. It's cheap enough you could see a bit of rift raft (horseplay) there as I've seen a couple times from the younger crowd but other than that it's a fantastic gym. Also, sometimes you wonder what the staff does there as I've seen multiple paper towel dispensers out at one time but my only real complaint are the new hours. It used to be 24-7. Now, especially on the weekends which is when I'd usually go (late hours) the gym closes at 8pm which is a draw back but I'm adjustable. All of that aside I do recommend anyone interested go in and take a tour. You can cancel anytime and it might just the best $10 a month you've ever spent!

Prices are great! Upkeep has been failing.I’ve been attending this club for 4 years now and slowly it’s been falling apart. The people here are great and friendly! But whoever they use for upkeep is not doing their job. I have talked with the local staff about these issues over the last few months, and they have been doing what they can but can’t fix these issues.Water fountain has had problems on and off for the last 8 months (filter, now it barley fills). Gear with rubber grips have nearly all been pulled off. Half of the carabiners are gone. The massage chairs take turns being out of service with the current one in service massaging half of my back only and they should just give up on working paper towel dispensers and set out the paper towels by themselves.

Nice placethe stand up tanning bed i went in definitely hadnt seen an acrylic cleaning in some time. Ans it was not on the inside it was definitely on the outside. Lotion marks all over.

Great space, and equipment is well maintained. Only downfall was that I was here for like 2 hours, and I didn't see anybody wipe anything down after use, and no staff enforcement to help implement this rudimentary practice.

Always clean, always very helpful, I've tried other gym memberships and they're just not the same as PF! I've been with them over 2 years now and love it!

I like planet its clean, and ppl mind their own workouts...bonus is the tanning an massages! Feels great to get the water massage an even the chair one after to help with increased circulation. Only wish is that the free weights section was bigger.

The only improvement that needs to be made is that the parking lot lights and building logo should be on at night. It’s a little weird pulling into a dark parking lot. Some people may not come because of it. Other than that, this location is great.
