I like the Colombia heights location because of the privacy. Even when it’s busy it doesn’t feel like it. Co workers good as well. Only thing I don’t like is that there are no mirrors in the changing rooms witch idk why there aren’t any mirrors...

I love the fact that the staff are constantly cleaning, because not everyone clean after themselves. Every section in the gym is safe distance practice. Friendly and welcoming staff. Am just glad that it's open again

I used to have an overpriced membership to Lifetime. $100 a month for the top tier membership. Some machines weren’t working or really old. Not at Planet Fitness. Machines are all working and clean and brand new. It’s nice to see this. $25 a month? Take my money!

Stay away from them , they will charge you extra money. I signed up with this gym after I had my baby. The girl who signed me up did not mention annual fees that was going to be take out throughout the year, only fees she told me about was my 20$ monthly fees but to my surprise they took out 21 plus my regular monthly payment which was 41$. I called to ask about it, the guys I spoke too told me I will have to come in to the location to get answer to why they took extra 21$ out of my account. I went to the store to talk about it, another guy I spoke too told me we can’t refund you, I ask why he said because we don’t refund money back. Communication and tone of voice is very important when running a business. They was very rude and unprofessional both on the phone and in person.

Super clean and enough space for safe working out.Just went back and notice even though you guys have the mask at all time sign,I don't see the team enforcing the rules.I saw more than five people with no mask on the bikes,some others just walking around no mask or mask on theirs neck.I know we're almost done with the mask mandate but if my kids can wear a mask for 8 hours at school, pretty sure people can for the 45 minutes thay takes to do a quick workoutThank you for keeping the gym open and clean but enforce the masks please.

I seriously do not know how this place gets 4.4 stars. Maybe I was spoiled at my home PF; I recently moved to Fridley and was expecting the same quality. First of all, the parking lot looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months, if ever. Second, the first night I went there, the front desk person did not greet me and was on her phone with her earbuds in (she did this the second night as well). I've been trying to give this gym the benefit of the doubt and continued to support them. What I've noticed in one month is: the parking lot never gets swept, half of the employees don't greet people, the sanitizer bottles and paper towels are always empty, on more than one occasion, the water filter is red. I normally don't like to complain, given that Covid has left a lot of businesses understaffed, but I've gone to this gym early mornings, mid-day and evenings and have seen the same things occur. There have been many times where the employee is just standing around. I am disappointed that now I'll have to drive further out to another PF, in hopes of finding a better quality one.

I love this gym! To me it’s a place to escape, and calm my anxiety. Exercise has been the missing piece for controlling anxiety. It works! I am very thankful for the affordable price, the clean facility, and AWESOME STAFF! They have been so helpful, friendly, and cheerful.

The staff here are incredible friendly and extremely qualified! The manager Roy has helped me immensely with a variety of things so I can continue exceeding my goals. The personal trainer, Foster helps you know how to push it to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Has such a great Vibe as soon as you walk in the doors lots of laughing and determination. I highly recommend recommend this gym.

Not clean. Water filter needed to be changed and wasn’t cleaned out someone had left a piece of their black n mile in fountain and it was left there for some hours not cleaned out. There were no cleaning supplies filled, everything seem unsanitary. Try to be more mindful during these times of safety and sanitation.

Great gym, lots of weights doesn't get to crowded. Very limited free weights available. Best dollar value for a gym for sure. Friendly and chill staff. Aaron promptly helped me over the phone make some adjustments to my account.
