Affordable and has most of the equipment & machines I want to use. Mostly friendly staff, however, two ongoing issues both regarding staff: signs posted all over saying "cell phone use in lobby area only" but people are constantly having loud conversations on their phones, sometimes even on speaker. Smaller club so much more annoying than at a big location. The "lobby only" policy is never enforced. Also women's locker room is often out of hand soap & toilet paper, and esp on the weekends, the sinks & floors get pretty gross. Paper towel holders out on floor often empty. Also issues w one staff member using a boom box & his phone to blast his own playlists throughout the club...at 545 am. Left that morning & haven't returned even though this location is 5 min from me.

I've been a member of this facility for almost 2 months and have had no issues. The place is always clean, staff is friendly, amenities are extraordinary for the low price of the membership. They have plenty of machines and even two of some machines. Great place for casual, starters, and experienced lifters. There's not a whole lot of free weight options, but plenty opportunity for alternative exercises.

Ellie told me how passionate she is about working for Planet Fitness, made me really excited to join. She is so nice and helpful! I love this gym! There is never a shortage of treadmills, or personal space. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

I’ve been a member for quite a while and I can honestly say it’s been the least friendly pf I’ve been to. I loved the Roseville and Mankato locations. I recently moved and this happens to be closer- I’ll probably still come to this one since it’s close. I just miss the friendly atmosphere of the others.Re: the response from the owner-I’ve spoken to the general manager previously. He was too busy on his phone to greet me when I walked up to the counter. And when I voiced my concerns he told me he just got there in February so any problem I had he had nothing to do with. I get where he was coming from in his frustration but he could have definitely been more engaging and nicer. Even a smile would have been nice.

Always cleanly, always well-stocked, and always with staff that is ready to greet me and make sure the locker rooms are tidy. I'm so sorry to the trans woman employee who probably thought I was staring at her, but I was super jealous of her makeup and thought she was so pretty. I had the cops called on me for being in my RV in their (large, spacious) parking lot. Despite the fact that i am a black card member and visit planet fitness locations regularly, and had spent time working in my RV prior to this incident in that same parking lot without issue.The staff working that night that i spoke to was nasty and unapologetic, and couldn't provide evidence of the policy that I was being asked to leave for.This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a company i otherwise have been so grateful for.

*Update: So a very kind representative did contact me and agreed that I was due my refund. Sadly it took contacting someone above and beyond this location itself but I do sincerely appreciate Ben's assistance.Decent place to work out, clean facilities, good equipment. Unfortunately the staff, although most are decent, sent me away TWICE when I tried to cancel my membership! Claiming a manager must be present in order to cancel so I stopped in and was told since i didn't cancel a WEEK ahead of time I would still be charged for the month! Excuse me I attemtped to cancel 2 months in a row! I work 2 jobs so it's difficult for me to find time during the day, when a manager is present, to stop in! So if you wish to cancel, be prepared, they still want to take your money for services you won't be receiving!THE WHOLE POINT IS I DON'T HAVE TIME TO GO TO THE GYM! I WORK 2 JOBS! HAD I KNOWN I WAS BEING LIED TO I COULD'VE CANCELED LONG AGO! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
