The manager won't return calls. We had salespeople, and the manager lie to us and do all they could to prevent us from canceling membership.

I really enjoy the equipment at this gym! They have everything I need no matter what I’m working out for the day. The staff is always super friendly and I look forward to coming to this gym every day!

Wouldn’t do promotions with this location they don’t tell you the details of it and just have you sign the contract and then hit you with all the monthly charges & gives the excuse of “well we have your signature here so there isn’t anything we can do”

Unfortunately I was a member here for the year that I lived in the BCS area. These gyms are a joke! For one they have NOTHING that their website shows. No pool, no hydro massage, no tanning, no hot tub, the only “amenity” these gyms have are extremely dirty and mold filled saunas. Since I’m on the topic of dirty-avoid TruFit if you like a clean gym. There are machines that have had fun stuck to them for MONTHS!!! Dust piles under every machine, disgusting water fountains, dirty bathrooms. I’ve honestly never seen such a dirty and poorly kept gym. My husband and I have talked to management as well as emails to corporate-but literally nobody cares. They want you money-but your concerns are ignored. Unfortunately BCS doesn’t have a great option for a gym, so you get what you get. Photos of the filth attached.
