I've only visited this location 3 times but I love the atmosphere. The staff members always seem upbeat and helpful if I need anything. Nadine especially is always in a positive mood anytime I've came into the facility & knows her way around!!! Would definitely recommend this gym for anyone in the area!!!

Let me start by saying the staff that works here is amazing. They go out of their way to be helpful. That said my 3 star review has changed to a 1 star because of the billing department. I’ve used training up here for a while now. I’m very satisfied with Thomas and he is a big reason why I’m not a Golds gym member at this time. I signed my daughter up for training through the summer so that she would stay in shape for softball. Again the trainers where outstanding. However, I filled out the paperwork so that I would not be billed come August. They some how “lost” my paperwork. I filled out another form and are attempting to charge me for training in the month of August. I’ve made several phone calls to the gym and the corporate billing department. They assure me that the district manager will reach out and we will get the issue resolved. I have yet to have anyone call me. I have let them know that I do not owe nor will I pay the bill they keep trying to charge. Now I’m waiting for the regional manager to call!!!! Who’s betting that I never hear from them either?

Just signed up for a membership with the help of Nigel. Great guy, had me sold from the moment I walked in. Favorite part of the gym is they have a woman’s only room.

Believe the bad reviews regarding billing. I should have taken heed and never signed up for a membership. If you currently have a membership, pay attention to your contract and how you are billed as they will try to get as much as money as they can from you. It’s best to workout on your own or try another gym that doesn’t have questionable billing practices.

Pretty great gym overall. I started working there, then eventually just became a regular because its such a good gym. The prices aren't bad and the equipment is really good, squat racks,lots of plates,many bench spots. Its just overall a good gym

The facility is four stars. But overall I have to rate the company two stars. Be aware that their contract will state (you agree to pay for 12 months). However, if you do not officially cancel per the contract, it will go month to month. If you forget and let a balance accrue, you can not cancel until your dues are paid in full. That means they will keep charging you monthly. All of this is stated on the last page of the contract. In my opinion, this at a minimum is misleading. This page is not explained to you nor does it have a signature line. Sure, the burden is on us to read the contract, but a great company will go out its way to educate the customer. Furthermore, it would not have a contract designed to automatically go month to month when you, the company, are withdrawing automatic payments from your customers. Especially without warning or communicating in a professional manner.

Another morning at the Town Center location with 30 people outside waiting to get it. Currently 5:26 and gym is supposed to open at 5 AM. They have no redundancy in who opens the gym in the morning. Multiple times a month the morning crowd waits in the parking lot until we call another location to try to get a manager to come let us in. Furthermore, several of us have tried to get in touch with management to address this with zero response. I have some free time today. I think I’ll spend it contacting every single location until somebody decides they care enough to communicate.

The absolute worst place ever. A sorry excuse for a business! Management does not care. They are lying when they say they take bad reviews seriously! if you want to be valued as a customer, go somewhere else! They are absolute scammers and just want your money. They bend the rules for certain people (if you know what I mean). This is the worst experience I have ever had! I have never been so disrespected by management in my life! And for the amount of money they charge especially for PT you would think they would have better customer service! Signing up at this gym is the worst thing you can do. Literally any other gym would be better than this place. You would be better off doing home workouts than dealing with these people!

Love the location. In my experience everything has been clean and new. I mainly go to the group classes and work out in the main gym area when it's not so crowded. Everyone has been friendly that I've interacted with. I really like the instructors, especially Andrea and Lauren.

We went to the new facility and it's very nice. Very clean on the inside and all the equipment looks new. They have a separate women's only area and the locker rooms are immaculate. With signing up we had a free session with a personal trainer and Kaleb was great! He went over our goals very understandingly and pushed us to our limits on the workouts. Hopefully here soon we can see about signing up for more personal training sessions.
