Been a member for about 10 years. The facilities are going through a major upgrade. I come here mainly for the group exercise classes (RPM, Bodypump, BodyAttack, cycling) and don't work out on the floor too much.

Very busy gym. Sometimes stuffy with the weather changes. Definitely need more air flow. New equipment, always clean, friendly staff; no complaints

It is newly renovated. It now includes a turf area, second story treadmill area, multipurpose machine are, as well as relocated machinery for much of the pre existing equipment. The layout makes more sense now, as well as includes new equipment. They offer classes and have a smoothie bar.

Love it here! My personal trainer Trey is knowledgeable and awesome! The staff great and the entire gym is getting completely redone. I can't say enough great things about this gym.

Newly remodeled, it's a nice gym for the price ($9.99/mos). Renovations still underway, during gym hours, and seem to have slowed. Wonder why they can't work overnights when the gym is closed. Too much space dedicated to "training", especially the silly "cage" right in the middle of the gym. Waste of square footage IMO.

I like the gym but customer service is lacking. On at least 3 occasions I've stood at the shake bar without so much as aknowledgment. No hello or I'll be right with you. So I just left. They do serve protein shakes at the fresh cafe next door so guess I'll spend my money there .

Worst customer service ever! The girls at the desk are always rude when you walk in and the manager, Lee, is no better. On top of that, I attended this gym for 10 months with the main reason being that they had a women's workout area. One day without any notice whatsoever , while working out, men came in and started removing the machines from the women's room. Awesome! No refunds, nothing. If you're looking for a gym that's only concerned about their payment, go here. They don't deserve one star, and it looks like the five star ratings are from employees. Classy.

This gym only makes money because of its location. Customer service does not exist and the "trainer"(Kat the manager) barely talk to or motivate their customers. I don't pay extra for any training sessions but am at the gym weekly and see the same trainers just walking around and praying for time to pass. They don't even care enough to refill the paper towel holders that should be used to clean equipment. If u have any other options. Go elsewhere. Not worth the money and you have to pay extra for everything , the worse person there is the manager Kat !One star is to much!!!!

Very good quality lifting machinesGreat Shake BarNegatives: Changing room needs shower and faucet repairEliptical machines falling apart. Can't watch TV on elipticalsIf your like me the treadmill kills my knees and feet and I hate using them. They charge a club upgrade fee but I have not seen any new equipment this year,(unless you count the private personal training room, guess what owners, you dont get to use the club upgrade fee for your own gain... Give us new elipticals!!!!!!!! BTW do it before you lose more of your members to your competition)12/12 update. So they have now laid off the 3rd party cleaning staff that used to clean at night.
