A great, dare I say fun, coached, self-paced workout. Clean facility and easy to learn while variety is added on a daily basis with different body foci and challenges. Conventional gyms have never appealed to me, and OTF has been a satisfying way for me to get in shape.

Today was a nerve that needed to be release. I enjoyed every minute of the workout today. My first goal was to make the phone call. My second goal was to make it to the schedule appt. Third goal was to overcome the fear and enjoy what came forward. I accomplish all my goals and I will have many more to achieve. Orange theory fitness is friendly and supportive. Can't wait until my next goal breaker.

I love Orange Theory in general. The most consistently hard but not too hard work out where I can almost always burn 500 calories in an hour. I use my own heart rate combined with the challenge of the coach to drive myself to improve my own personal results. It's a competition with myself to be my best. The team at Transit Rd makes me feel right at home. They are always welcoming and helpful.

Time flies, I don’t think about how much left I have, I’m in the moment. I’m always motivated to push harder, run faster, use heavier weights and perfect my rowing. It’s perfectly inconsistent with work outs, routines and combination of strength, endurance or power I never. No matter the combination I never feel burnt out, bored or exhausted. I’m happy to go everyday because I know exactly what I’ll get, a really great hour to myself, for myself. It’s encouraged my weight loss and given me the accountability that I needed to motivate myself to work out, be better and lose a lot of weight the right way.

I've had a great experience as an Orangetheory member for the last year. The group training setting forces me to work harder than I would by myself, and I love not having to design workouts on my own. Classes start and end on time, so it's a very efficient, consistent experience. I show up, I follow the workout guided by the coaches, and I'm guaranteed to leave feeling a sense of accomplishment and get closer to my fitness goals.
