The atmosphere is amazing. The workouts are always challenging and make me push myself. I don't have to come up with the routine.

My focus is not weight loss. It is simply creating a mental motivation to want to go to a place where I can create healthy activity. Orange Theory has given me all that and more. Positive results are driven by me and what I put into the workout. There is great individuality, diverse age groups, different goals, objectives and all members help drive you as if they were part of a team. Thanks to the Professional Training team for such great experience.

Poor customer service. I had given them my independent health flex fit $250 debit card to pay for my monthly fees which they did NOT use and used my credit card instead. When I became pregnant and decided to end my membership they informed me they were going to charge me for one additional month, no big deal- most places have the same policy. But instead of stopping complete payment after that one month, they started drawing funds from my flex fit card (b/c they hadn't drained it earlier), this went on for FOUR months, and when the card was finally drained they started charging my credit card again. It's like I had never quit!I reached out many times to the manager, Rachel, but she never returned my calls, an no one seemed to know when she would be working next. Finally she sent me an email, which I had replied to explaining my situation.... and of course there was NO REPLY.As for the work outs: they're good and fun if you know what you're doing. But if you look around there are many injuries waiting to happen. There's one trainer watching 30+ people doing all different things. They're not able to correct bad form when you're squatting, dead lifting, TRXing, etc.

I am not one who will willing work out. If I do decide to exercise, it consists of the same few methods and techniques. Attending Orangetheory Fitness a couple times a week provides me with motivation and new techniques. The coaches encourage and monitor my progress during class, giving me an almost personal training experience, without the high expense of one-on-one training. I would encourage anyone curious about OTF to swing by and take a look. You will sweat and be sore, guaranteed...but that is why you go to a gym-right?

It is really sad...I was a big fan of Orangetheory...told all of my friends about it...UNTIL...I had to freeze my membership for medical reasons. My credit card was still charged. I was told it wasn't a problem. It would be applied as credit on my account. Okay...Before my "freeze" period was over, I realized I was going to have to cancel my membership. My intent was to come back in the future. When you close your membership, they have a policy that you pay for another month afterward. The way I saw it was that we were settled. They got my money for the month my account should have been frozen. They did not see it the way I did and continue to send daily emails telling me I owe them money. It is infuriating!I am being treated unfairly and even feel harassed. SUCH POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS! Like I said,..sad...They not only lost a loyal customer, but now I am telling everyone I know to STAY AWAY!An update on this...It has been another week and this still isn't resolved! I am so disappointed with OT! I will never do business with them and hope I can save others from the hassle I am dealing with.
