I had a treadmill in need of repair and hesitated calling a place that sells equipment because I thought it would be in their best interest to “not be able to fix it.” I was wrong. They came the same day I called, and was here over an hour trying multiple things to solve the complex machine computer problem, then charged no more than the initial service fee, which was very reasonable. I have my treadmill back and will definitely use them for future equipment. Thank you!!

Mike on Sheridan was a great help and set us up for same day delivery. After a bad experience with a competitor, and weeks and weeks of delay, Mike jumped in and sold us a great treadmill.Great customer service, and we would recommend Pacillo’s for anyone looking for equipment.

Customer service was great. However, except for the person who helped us, the remainer of the staff were not following CDC guidelines mask guidelines appropriately. A customer should not have to remind or ask staff to wear their masks or wear it properly.
