I purchased a rowing machine from Pacillos. The manufacturer's website was back ordered for 5-6 weeks. To my surprise they were able to fulfill my order in 2 weeks. All of my fitness orders going forward will be from Pacillos!

Stopped in today after hearing all the commercials. I had to ask the guy who came in to see if I wanted help if they were new. He said no the company had been here awhile. I asked because the showroom was dingy and dark and nothing was tagged with prices. Wasn’t a pleasant place to be or shop and the young man said that’s how the owner wants it. So I went somewhere else and had a much better experience at G&G.

Was ready to buy an expensive piece of equipment, but told to contact Mike at a later date for clarification of availability. Mike's tone was rude on the phone stating that they didn't have that item currently, and that the price quoted previously was wrong. He repeated himself in a surly manner, leaving me with the impression he couldn't be bothered to assist with a $1000+ sale. His attitude compelled me to leave this, my first review ever....thought it might help someone.
