The workouts are challenging, fun, and always changing. I've never done the same workout twice, which makes going easy since I know I'm in for something new. The trainers take the time to get to know you and then push you to keep getting stronger. Top notch facility!

I work out here at least 3 times a week and always get a good workout. The staff is friendly and creates a fun work out environment. If you are looking for a place for boot camp style work outs that is not intimidating this is your place!

The trainers are excellent and the classes always run on time. The workouts are challenging and I've had so much success losing weight and keeping it off by going to classes 5 times per week.
