Even before covid, this place was a great gym. Each day the workouts are totally changed up. They will modify the workouts if you have limitations. Now during covid they go over and above with their keeping us safe.

RT 20 Fitness is one of those places anyone can fell comfortable no matter there skill level or intensity level. The trainers are all firts class and legitametly have each individual person's goals set as there priorities.

Trainers are great- Owner has a strange way of working with cusomers.If I could rate as a Zero based on the owner I would. I have tried several times to negotiate an end to an 18 month contract . Keep in ming this would be my second one. Due to total life changes (out of my control) and the now Covid pandemic I have not been able to attend for over a year and Scott continues to deny me ending the last three months of a nearly 2 yr old contract. Beware!!! the contract will allow you to freeze and freeze forever but no where is he responsible to end. The integrity is non existent as Scott has no issue charging for services he knows he will never supply. Beware and read all the small print!!!!!!!!

I have been a member at Route 20 for 2+ Years. Each daily workout is unique and motivating. The schedule is consistent so you know which day is focused on upper body, lower body, core and full body workouts.Safe environment, the Trainers have a keen focus on everyone's form and ensure you're doing each move the right way. They encourage me to work hard, lift heavier, move faster to ensure I push myself and have a great workout.I always walk out feeling accomplished and conquered my workout for that day.

Route 20 fitness is the best gym in town. I’ve been a member for 2 years now and the workouts are still challenging and diverse each day/week. This is a great gym for women AND men! Since going to Route 20, it has completely changed my mindset of how to workout and has enhanced my athletic abilities.I started at the gym while I was 12 weeks pregnant and the staff knew just how to adapt the workouts to meet my needs throughout the entirety of my pregnancy. The coaches and Scott were right by my side to gear me back into shape postpartum.The staff tailors the workouts to their client’s individual needs, the trainers are very knowledgeable and the gym has a multitude of classes they offer each day.The owner, Scott, cares about his clients and has created a “Gym Family” culture, which being part of other gyms in the past, this can be difficult for gyms to establish He’s always willing to meet with you to discuss your health goals; with that comes a state of the art machine that he invested in to assist with extreme accurate measurements/data. He can create meal plans based on your health lifestyle, offers Client Appreciation Days, and keeps the gym open 7 days a week...again, all included in a very reasonably priced membership.And

Route 20 fitness is the type of gym that makes you feel accomplished after every single workout. The boot camp classes at route 20 get your heart pumping and your blood flowing! Every time I leave this gym I feel extremely strong and wanting more! The coaches are amazing and help you along throughout each class. Staff is always kind, nice, personable and so so helpful!!! Such an amazing gym all around! Definitely recommend. 5 stars

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease a couple years ago. Then I developed papillary carcinoma, and had a total thyroidectomy. During this time, I was at my heaviest weight and my face looked very puffy. I was so discouraged because I read about how hard it was to lose weight with Hashimoto's, and my energy level was so low. I decided to make a change, and went back to Route 20 after leaving there several years ago. I was so out of shape, and my body was in a lot of pain due to my health( I could barely squat or get back up from doing a burpee). The trainers were and are so encouraging and motivating. Scott and Sarah guided me with helpful and healthy eating habits, along with recipes, and ways to track your food. I've been going steadily since July of 2018, and have lost 25 lbs....something I never thought I could do. I have hyperlipidemia, and my doctor is amazed at my cholesterol levels. I went from high risk range to average range!! My energy has increased, and I overall feel so much better. My friends, family, and co-workers have even noticed a huge difference. I can't thank Route 20 enough for helping me achieve this. I totally recommend Route 20 for not only weight loss, but to improve your overall health, mentally and physically!!!!! -Nicole D.

I was terrified to try this program because I didn't think I could handle the boot camp. I LOVE IT! The trainers are so supportive and really help you tailor the the class to your level. Challenging and fun! I recommend it to anyone no matter what level of fit that you are - there are plenty of sessions to pick from that can work in your schedule. I also like that the routine changes everyday, boredom is NOT an option!

I couldn't ask for a better gym!! The workouts are fantastic, the owner is amazing and the strength you see in the amazing people that workout here is so motivating. I've never seen results in any other program I've tried until I started working out here. Thanks Scott!!!
